My dog BANDIT knows about 50 commands in spoken word and knows them by sign language as well. He is a smarty. It is great to be able to carry on a conversation and still make him sit or stay or whatever.

I actually weaned myself from being on ECF almost 24/7's awhile back. Now I'm mostly back (this thread and others keeping me here). It doesn't help that my puter and ISP have slowed down to a crawl. But, what else would I be doing? (Maybe finally cleaning out my garage?)

I wasn't going to make any New Year's resolutions this year, but ... you talked me into it (and I'm glad you did). My first resolution is to make a conscious effort to find the humor in ... everything, Especially when I find myself feeling so angry, or hurt, or depressed, or ... you know what I mean.
My second resolution is to actively seek out helping others, more than I do now, during holidays ... and other days, but especially at Thansgiving and Christmas, etc. Soup kitchens, etc.
