I love old trains
Something about riding a steam train is wonderfully romantic
I sometimes believe I was born 100 years too late anyways 
everything about the old west or pioneer type days fascinates me.

I think I may hold the record for the quickest shower taken by a human being
When we moved to Florida I had been told of all the little critters that occupied this humid hot landscape. Yup, tough ole bird I am just smiled & said OK I can deal with that ! Every living thing has to live some where ya know ? 
We had moved boxes in, unpacked some, did the normal things you'd do to work up a sweat moving, and decided I needed to shower n relax. I get in there, turn the water on ,spin around to wash my hair, and what did my wandering eyes see ? 
a SCORPION WALKING ACROSS THE SHOWER CURTAIN ROD !! and YES, he was LOOKIN AT ME !! and YES, WAVING HIS TAIL AT ME !! Well, I don't have to tell you I jumped out of that shower in a FLASH and ran for some one to get him out of there !! 
I do believe that shower lasted all of about 15 seconds !

I got it right this time, been together 15 years married 13 of those. Best man in the world. I plan on growing old with this one

I'm really shy, and have a lot of anxiety in social situations around new people. So my very social husband decided to have a New Years party at our house.

Funny story to tell about bean soup. My husband loves it but I'm not a huge fan. I like it on really cold days, kinda like chili but only eat it maybe 2-3 times a year. I made it one particular cold day. Temperatures here, with windchill, were around -20. The next day hubby had a long haul to the east coast so he ate as much of a home cooked meal as he could stuff in him. We got him all packed and he left early in the morning to pick up the guy the drives with him.
Somewhere around 6 hours later, after they were getting close to the east side of MO, I get a phone call. As soon as I answered, I was getting cussed at...called everything but a white woman. Jim asked me what I had fed DH because it smell like something crawled up his backside and died. I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe. Jim proceeded to inform me that the truck windows were frozen shut and there was now way to get any fresh air and the heater was making the odor worse. When they finally came full circle and back home, poor Jim needed to see a respiratory therapist...apparently DH burned his lungs out.

I have to say this thing ROCKS !! View attachment 70467 This tank is SUPER easy to fill. 
The top and the bottom are threaded and are machined extremely well, very easy to unscrew for filling. The juice I chose was Minty Menthol 0mg, and I have to say that it's REALLY GOOD 
I've never ordered this juice before but I know I will in the future. Nice Vapor production too. These 2 pics are of it and yes, I'm behind the cloud in the second one View attachment 70468 View attachment 70469 I was using an ego battery with this.
My thoughts you ask ? Yes, I'd buy one ! Thank you so much for this contest !!!

Amazing visit with my son, DIL, and grand-girl the last couple of days. Entirely too short but excellent time. We had a nice family dinner at Pappasitos last night and his little sister and brother were able to be there, as well as their mom (my ex-wife-in-law, but we get along great!). My little 83 yr old mom was serenaded by the Mariachi group. When I asked her why she had all the hot men at her end of the table she said it was because she deserves it! Saucy lil heifer!

I went to my first B&M vape shop yesterday with my niece. She lives in Houston and the shop was in these peoples' house just a few minutes from her. It was odd at first, going into someone's home but they had their from room set up as the shop and had a few customers in and out while we were there. I got to Ooooo and ahhhh and got a bottle of my new all day vape made fresh right then and there. It was awesome but would never do for me to have a shop that close to me. Too many pretties to control myself!
