Yeah the BB is 6V with (2) CR2's. The SB does (2) RCR123a

Just the BB - but if there is a choice - Black Bullet. Stick with the "Bullet" motif and don't confuse everyone with millions of different PV names, as is common. Everyone loves the "Silver Bullet" why not brand yourselves in the PV world as the "Bullet" people or something (also rather than all the obscure # designs, like the 510, 901, 4081, blah blah that confuses all the new people)? I would much rather that, the trustworthy (really) "Bullet People" (or something) and remember that than random names or initials or numbers....

How can you get 5v from a bb other than the future passthrough option?

I believe the passthrough is the only way to get 5v with the BB.
