My Mrs gunmetal P3 just arrived, beautiful finish, to me it looks more purple than anything but according to friends and family i'm colour blind, i'm sure she will love it.

Has any one experienced when the button is lit up that half of it is darker than the rest? seems to change if you spin the button, dark patch stays in the same place at the top but gets bigger or smaller ? Tried to take a pic

Maybe.

I turned mine on to check for you, and It does have a larger darker dot in the middle than yours, but it is like I can see down a tunnel to the interior.

The color is pretty uniform.

yeah its a bit strange, had a few P3s and not noticed it before, at first I thought half the button might be dirty lol, but when you spin it the top half is always the darker/dimmer half and it changes in size haha I sound mad, lucky its for my mrs as she wont notice but im ocd about little imperfections, one of the reasons I love Provape is they very rarely have them!

Yeah looked down inside but its the top half of the button so you cant see anything, there is a wire there but looks to be placed in the same position as my stealth...hmm... very strange

Should have gone for the Cubic Zirconia.

Turn the light off. You won't see it then

Ah, must be something to do with the light itself or, as you said, a blockage of some sort.

Might be worth opening a ticket at ProVape just to discuss what might be causing it.

I do believe that it is because the led is placed below the button. It is a shadow of the switch.

? does anyone have the Stainless Steel Ice Finish P3? Can you post a better picture of it that is better then the one on there site, and what do you think about it. (The finish)

It's not like this on any of my other P3's they are uniform in colour, if anything due to the placement of the LED surely the bottom would be slightly darker. its no big deal just curious as to why its like it, thinking a wire might be causing a shadow or blocking it slightly. white shows it up well, the top half just isnt lit up.
