Better pics of the bottom of that topper are needed...Hello fellow Prov3 owners. Have any of you ever paired the P3 with the Taifun GT2?
Thought Id seen the combination, but anyway. This is what happens when I put the Taifun on my P3. As you can see it only screws in a turn and a half?I thought it would be a great match.

I would start by removing the P3 to 510 converter on top of the mod. Turn the converter upside down and try screwing the atty down with the converter inverted. My guess is, as others have said, that there's the slightest tolerance issue between that particular topper and the 510 thread on the P3. I had this happen on my Hana when I first got it, and it resolved as the mod was used, though it took a few days... Hope that helps!Hello fellow Prov3 owners. Have you tried this yourself?
I have, and found that it will not work.
I mistakingly placed it upside-down when reassembling one day.

I was wrong, and Jim, you are right. The 510 will not screw down when inverted on anything but my Diver. When I was using the Diver/IBTanked I had inverted it to get better airflow, but the Diver is the ONLY thing that will do that. All of my other 510 attys won't.

Sorry, I can't help you with the Taifun. It's clearly a threading issue and it can likely be resolved, but I can't offer much else......

I'd get an M7 x 0.5 die and chase the threads on your Taifun. Look on Amazon.

Is the Provari beauty ring down all the way? Who knows. Just throwing crap on the wall.
I really need to start reading the manuals. Yup if you hold button down it will shut the LED off.
