Hey Peter. I may have missed reference to this one already, and if so I apologize. But have you tried these guys? They might not be as "hunky", but if you don't mind simply average...

Thanks for the response everyone. I am big on flavor but I am equally as big if not more on vapor production and I also do not want a too harsh of a hit. So far the only juice I have tried with the tank are 50/50 and 70/30 (both PG/VG) I have not yet been able to get my hands on a higher VG as of yet. I read that they can damage coils since it is way more viscous. Would that necessarily be an issue even with building your own coils?

I will look into the KFL+ and Russian tanks and see what looks best for me. Thanks for the tip on those. Next step would be to look into what I need to rebuild coils. That may be the way to go for me.

Or.........just a quick suggestion.....you could get one of these from Provape for $15.95, like I did. It fits in my cupholder and is great for keeping your Provair nice and safe while your driving:

I've been trying to find this post for awhile now. That cup holder is well worth the price. The problem is I need to spend $45,000 for a Mercedes to use it.

Well, truth be told, the dog wasn't too thrilled with you either. I wasn't going to mention that but since you brought it up...

So, get the Mercedes! You're a vaper, ain't ya? It's what we do (buy stuff).

It's not so much that thicker juices damage coils, it's more that they gunk coils faster, requiring more often wick changes and often dry hits as the thick juice may not travel the juice channels as easily to the coil. You can get great flavor and vapor production from more free flowing juices. Coils are coils, even ones you build yourself. You just want a juice that saturates the coil enough to produce good vapor and flavor.

I'm personally way more interested in flavor than vapor production. I'm not a cloud chaser as are most of us who own Provari's. What's the value of a huge plume of vapor if it doesn't taste great?

EDIT: I would hazard a guess that most vapors who use really thick VG juices, likely use dripper systems as they can constantly control the flow of juice directly to the coil.

Much as I'd love to see you get yourself a Mercedes, truth be told, all you need is a standard cup holder. Unless you're rolling around town in a car from the 1960s or earlier, chances are the car you drive has a cup holder.

Charger question:

Do you keep your charger plugged in the wall when not using it?

I live dangerously. My charger is plugged in 24/7, and my batteries stay in the charger until I need a new battery, at which point I put the old battery on the charger, and try to remember to use the other bay the next time. Nothing ever feels warm, makes, noise, or any of the weird stuff. I find I don't lose batteries if I leave them in the charger
