Sir Rod, next assignment. What method does ProVape use in their Provaris to deliver power to your atty? And what frequency is used?

That's what I was hoping you'd say.Hmmmm, I'll have to get back to you on this. Yes I will!
And the second question kind of gives you a hint about the answer to the first question. Honestly, I know the answer for the first question but not positive on the second...but I know I'm at least real close.Hmmmm, I'll have to get back to you on this. Yes I will!
Come back North where you can be at Death's Door from November through March as you play golf in heated mittens, a ski mask and twelve layers of clothes. Or, buy a fan for your golf cart.I'm on death's door from June to October when I play golf in this humid, no breeze, mosquito breeding state. Forget the witness protection program send me back home to Dannemora.

Yeah, an' I even called in the Calvery. Who were conspicuously MIA!I have to take exception Mr Bronze. When our beloved moderator Robin needed help RB and I were there to help. Not a one electronics expert said a word.
Funny LB. When I lived on Cape Cod we played with long johns on, sweater, jacket, and knitted hat. Frozen fairways, cold rain and even snow flurries and no complaints. A few summers ago the heat index was 116 and after 9 holes my shorts were so soaked from sweat that they were falling off. It's hell down here. In the summer when a cold front is heading south it stops at NC.![]()

SC summers are NOT my idea of fun. Long about the 1st of June, it's time to leave. I'd rather play golf in AZ in August. Didn't know you lived on the Cape. We spent summers there, when I was growing up. Dennisport, then Wellfleet. P'Town, when I was in Grad school. I miss the Cape a lot, though perhaps not those evil black flies...
One doesn't need to understand electronics to know Robin had a lemon.I have to take exception Mr Bronze. When our beloved moderator Robin needed help RB and I were there to help. Not a one electronics expert said a word.![]()

So, I did some research and I have the unofficial, official, you can take it the bank answer. I had to search Funk and Waggnal's vault for this, so forgive me for taking a little extra time.
So, drumroll, here's your answer: Its a microprocessor implanted with alien technology and not one of us mortal humans will ever truly know!

I expect the next coil to be vertical...I made a new coil for my Kayfun/Plasma tank. There wasn't anything wrong with the coil, but it wasn't very pretty. This one is and I made it pretty quickly and painlessly!

Where have we heard that, before?Prolly not gonna' happen. I'm doing pretty darn tootin' good with horizontal coils and they're working just great. I suspect that's what I'll be building for some time to come!
