You are correct and I spoke with our friend Sean and he is sending me a return prepaid label and said he will inform Boulder and have them ship me a new one today. I hope he contacts them as heis in Pittsburgh.

He couldn't possibly hate you, but I think your instinct to let BVH have the first option to make it right is the right move. If'n however, they don't respond or take care of you, then yes, reach out to Bert.

This is all your fault Bronze. You got me hooked on the Kayfun then SR. Although I'm going broke with the Kayfuns. I did look at The Ocelot's Ruzgar, but they are priced around $170.00.

Yep.....it's all Bronze's fault. Yes it is! I also looked at TO's Rugar. I'm sure it's great, but the price of admission keeps me out of play there......
Ease up cowboy. I'm sure the Ruzgar is an excellent atomizer. I have no doubt. But is it better than what you have? $170 better?
That's why I did not get the K4. I didn't really need the bells and whistles on the thing and I didn't think the vape would be any better. And for $160 x 2 = $320...no thanks. I'm sure it is an excellent atty, just not for that much money. I'm actually using my Achilles lately. Excellent flavor!
That's why I too didn't get a K4. I'm sure it's great (and it does look better IMHO than a KFL+) but it would have to vape so much better and from all accounts I've read, most people in a blind vape taste wouldn't be able to tell a difference. Nah, a KFL+ with a Plasma Tank is for me, the perfect combination. But it's still all your fault!

We prolly are! I'm always looking at stuff. When I'm on my laptop at night, Charlie won't even know what I'm looking at, but he will suddenly just chime in with, you better not be looking to buy anything new for your vape thingy!
One day of reading the K4 thread and clone thread was more than enough to keep me away from buying one.
Yes, I did that too. Too many little bitty pieces in that thing, which for someone with a pea-sized brain, like me, and it's waaaaaaay too much.
