We're so lucky to have your eyes and ears to educate us lowly mortals.........I'm sorry John, but why do you feel it important to constantly remind us you're an engineer, who has super human sight and now evidently ears?

I was trying to be helpful, in letting you know what most recording engineers use. Why be hostile?

I am an audiophile. I have Focal Speakers from France along with some other higher end surrounds and subwoofers.

I'm an audiophile as well. I built my own speakers. I use a custom Focal 12" originally manufactured for Wilson Audio and used in their $150K speakers. I was able to get them because I know one of their engineers, who is from France, but lives 10 minutes from my house.

I have a pretty trained ear, but to say the Zik's are not audiophile is an insult.

I see what's going on here. Your English reading comprehension has evaded you. Please go back and re-read what I wrote. "They're not the best..." is referring to my recommendation, not your selection.
