Btw, the 2.5 will do the same thing if you press the button Five X's under a certain amount of time, so just getting a 2.5 isn't going to solve that problem.

It will jump into the menu though, and change the voltage setting, and that's where stealthy was ending up.

So there smarty pants.

v37 didn't have the issue - it was introduced in v38. A few people posted here that were able to see it, but yes, due to my video QC skills, it's easier to see for me. Also, the higher the brightness, the easier it is to see.

If anyone can't see it, but wants to know what it looks like, just look through the camera on your phone, at the P3 screen. The scrolling you see on your phone is what we see without having to use the phone. It's the refresh rate of the screen. Not sure why ProVape changed it, but it affects all menus.

Note for ProVape - It seems the screen refresh rate is a pixel clock? The refresh speed is different depending on how many pixels are lit, as in going from screen to screen, menu to menu. It could also be brightness related (where 100% would be all pixels lit, and 50% where half the pixels are used in a menu, etc.).

Hope you guys figure it out. If not, I'm going to want to downgrade to v37 - hope that's possible.

Ah, perhaps this is what I am seeing on my screen...

P3 screen issue, I notice when switching between the two check modes ( first and second press) that sometimes the Ω symbol goes all squiggley for a second. The same anomaly happens when doing the four button press and then one press to let the device scroll through the status display, a little second or so where the display section at the Ω symbol goes wonky. Is this normal?

Aside from the Ti, the GMZ is hands down my favorite finish. I've got a blem P3, a 2.5, and a 2.5 mini. In fact, I'm of half a mind to sell my hybrid red, glovari mini and dragon mini and go all Ti/GMZ. That would leave me with 6.

Also, I have been led to believe that there will be no more GMZ finish on Provape mods.

Just an FYI to those that like the GMZ finish. I did not see it listed under the options for P3s but when I went directly to the P3 GMZ page as found through Google, I was able to order it and got a shipped notification. So I guess they still have them. This was not a blem.
