just wanted to UPDATE a bit...

Stretching the springs out has made a huge difference :it hasnt totally erased the problem (still getting some pretty bad IQ readings :( )but its a whole lot better, extremely bearable now
Getting barely an hour or so out of a new battery was driving me crazy ;) now the same fully charged batteries are lasting a totally acceptable time.

so Thanks again :) :) :)

Funny how such a little thing could have made such a difference!

Good to hear. I would recommend you buy some extra springs from Provape. I typically find I change my spring about once every 6 months. They're cheap and make a noticeable difference.

Springs are a consumable.

They need to be replaced periodically:

New Update -- #39 now available for the P3.

I like this: "Low Battery Alert On/Off option added".
Looks like I need to take a road trip to the dealer that can update mine, it's only an hour each way...on second thought, I'm thinking of sending it back to the mothership, and seeing if they can refresh the O-ring for the center pin at the same time. Kind of make it all brandy new like...

I stopped my local vape shop on my way home from work this afternoon and had my P3 updated. Took all of about 3 minutes. First thing I did was turn off the low battery warning. It took a few attempts to figger out where they hid that in settings. So if you get your P3 updated, it's in Settings > Led > Battery On or Off. No more Blink Blink Blink Blink when I hit 17% battery on the meter!

My P3 is going wonky....

Anyone have an issue with their P3 while using a subohm tank whereas the warning light flashes when you vape over 3v?

I am using a Subtank Mini with a 0.5ohm coil (tried 3 different ones so it isnt the coil) and at 18-20w, the warning sign (over the ohm reading) flashes when I try to vape above 3.2v.

I tried this tank on other mods and it works perfectly. I also tried a 1.9ohm tank at 12w on my P3 and it also works perfectly.

Driving me crazy. Anyone have this issue? Any thoughts?

I think your hitting the Amp limit... Your P3 is just showing you it's limitations.

Are you using the boost? A warning will occur if watts are to high with boost on.
