I stumbled across a notification that ECF is upgrading the system on or around 4/18. Not an upgrade to the current software, but a whole new platform! On the one hand, very exciting - lots of new functionality, and better interface for mobile devices. On the other, I hope I can figure out how to use it before I'm old(er) and gray(er)!

Not sure Ping. I suspect it will work just fine on mobile devices. I think that was the impetus behind making the switch.

That's what I read ... But the Tips thread keeps referencing hovering one's mouse over things to do other things. Mobile devices have mostly sent mice packing.

My use of Tapatalk ends up with me going to my laptop. Long live the mouse. For Tapatalk to work they need to do their own update.

I'll often post via my laptop, then add pictures from Tapatalk, which I find infinitely easier and the pictures are larger via Tapatalk.

I use Google Photos (because it's automatic for me). But I can't figure out why they present differently when I post from my phone, vs the smaller result when I post from PC (even though the source is the same).

It's not the first thing I haven't been able to figure out, and probably won't be the last.

Exactly, saving pictures to ECF is awful. The pictures are small. The resolution sucks. So, I just post and then reopen via Tapatalk and add the picture, which is higher resolution and larger. Doesn't matter whether it's Android or Apple. I too have no idea why, but it's the truth and I'm stickin' to it. Yes I am!

I can't figure it out either DP. I post everything from my laptop. I use Photobucket and I resize the picture to half so it fits in these ECF windows. But when I post it shows it at max size for a few hours and then eventually it shrinks to the half size I resized it to. Makes no sense at all.
