Guys

What are the changes from the beta model I have ? Is it worth while getting another ?

Here are some of the changes in the software section.

Ver 35 - Is the new Ver number.

1. We increased the amperage limit to 5.5 amps.

2. We added a function in the menu to when you are in the Aup or Adown, you can change power in both directions. For example if you go into Aup and you are adjusting your power up and you go past where you wanted, you release the button and wait a second. The system will toggle the arrow icon from Up to Down and then you click the button when it's pointing down, it will allow you to adjust down within the same screen. This saves you from having to go back out of the menu then to Adown to adjust.

3. We have added a back arrow icon in the second level menus so you can select to go back to the previous menu instead of going all the way out and then back into the menu.

4. In the recall info section, we slowed down the way the serial number scrolls. Some dealers that wanted to write down the number requested that it go slower because they could not write the numbers down before it would advance to the next set of serial numbers.

Soooo...I'd say it's a healthy update. I'm probably gonna go for it...my Beta is only on VER 31, so I can use the update.

You can always send it to them and they'll update the software for you. [emoji6]

And the update ability may be available from your authorized Provari distributor.

No one except ProVape has this ability yet -- but the details are being worked out so this service will be available at various locations.:)

Wanted to know whether Provape have any plans to revise their international shipping rates? I'm in the UK and understand that shipping is expensive, but it gets quite pricey when the duties are added on. In all honesty I'd prefer to order from the US, as the UK prices in £'s are usually not that far off the price in $'s. I've always found this strange and it happens in other sectors too. I just feel it unfair.

Hi Limpar,

We have been talking to our shipping reps to see about various options and to see if we can improve the rates. The reason it's higher is because we use Express mail due to Express having better tracking. With Priority mail international it's much less, but very bad tracking or none at all and most times this causes complaints from customers because they cannot track their package. DHL, UPS and FedEx are all higher rates than USPS Express for international. Also with Priority international, the ship time is 6-10+ days, where as Express is 3-5 days. People often get upset with us when the post office takes too long with their package, so the higher cost 3-5 day Express shipping has been much better for shipping time and tracking.

Thanks for the prompt reply. It's reassuring to know that you're looking into this, as UK vendors usually have a high mark up on overseas products. A lot of the time it's cheaper to order from abroad with the shipping charges than order an imported product from the UK.

Placed a pre-order a black satin P3 yesterday, totally wasn't expecting it to ship out yesterday and arrive today :) So far loving it, love the clean look over the 2.5.

Don't know if this has been posted already but one tip to anyone who doesn't like that the P3 is a littler longer than the 2.5. It's not that big a difference but hey to some size matters! Noticed that the size difference is in the new end caps. As you can see from the images, the P3 with a 2.5 extension cap is exactly the same size in 18490 mode. Would be nice if they could have made those extension caps a little smaller with a smaller spring at the end.....

Did you get it from stinky canuck? They seem to have the best price on the black provari. Ordered mine yesterday from them. I think it was $30 more at most canadian shops.
Congrats on your p3!
