I just use 18350 mode with AW batteries. I have a tough time running it in 18650 mode because its huge! I use VTC5's when I'm in 18650 mode though.

BTW, I believe this is my 1000th post on the forum! Had to be in the P3 thread =]

+1 juggernaut. My local vape shop tends to not tell people their 35 amp batteries are 35 amp peak, and 20 amp continuous...

I had Efest before I saw the light and got a Provari. It was used in a Zmax and was very inconsistent. When I read Provape recommended AW that's what I bought (several times over now) and they've been consistently excellent.

So Provape you can recommend 'em, but like Juggernaut I won't buy 'em. No I won't.

Well, I'm trying to land on a good build with an RTA, but no luck so far. I just edited my signature too lol. I don't drip on the P3, because I use my Reo. I was building my Erlkonigin to about 1.6 ohms and running 15 watts or so, and just have terrible luck with wicking so far. I may try a ReadyXwick build with it today and see how that goes

Try an Erlkonigin, kind of a learning curve on the wicking process, but I managed to nail it from the first time to my current build, and this is coming from someone who can't make a Kayfun or Russian work. LOL.

Yeah I've done several on it, with limited success. I'm doing a mesh one right now

I'm actually running mine on a Stingray in hybrid mode, won't make connection with my 2.5 for some reason, it will on my wife's though, maybe I should send it in for a check up, the connection pin is pretty beat, it's old. can't wait for my P3B to make it home from her update.

Yeah, that's the thing- RxA's (regardless of the mod) change everything - I'm loving 26ga but you go through juice and batteries a lot faster...
.. he says as he inserts the 3rd 18650 today...

Speaking of good IMR batteries you may want to try these. New NCR18650PF High Drain Panasonic 18650 2900 mAh Li-ion Battery button top by Orbtronic

Even Baditude recommended them for the Provari. DP put sent me the link a month ago and mentioned Bad says they are good to go, so I trust their advice.

How is the "boost" feature working on the P3's? Does it provide instant vapor as suggested? Effective at all wire gauges and resistances?

It could be a game changer for me. What is your build? Gauge, resistance,etc..
