I know Robin. You're a nice girl. Give yourself a pat on the head.

Looks like DP sitting in there. Sitting here watching Ducks playing the Hawks. 45 minutes to Islanders game. Love Center Ice
Nevertheless, I'll reserve judgement when I see the two (510, P3) side by side.
It further appears as though the P3 Base will be an option to the kayfun 4.
An add on purchase if you will, and not a complete P3 unit out of the gate.
Time will tell.
Jim
Yes the P3 connector will be an option to buy, so the Kayfun 4 will not be P3 hybrid capable, right out of the box...
Still, to me, it's a big step towards letting go of the 510 connection, at least for more advanced devices...and also to me, it's important that we do let go of it...
A tiny little connection makes no sense for any device bigger than an eGo...
That poor little 510 connection has served the vaping industry very well...but it's time to say goodbye.
I had the same concern, so I just called back and verified that leaving the signed slip in the mailbox was sufficient. The person I spoke with said that she would try to contact him and see if he is still in the area to deliver today. She said that otherwise the signed slip in the mailbox is what is needed for delivery tomorrow.
Update: I saw the mail truck come back around, just checked my mail box, and it's here! This is what happens when you hold your USPS workers accountable.![]()

I am a Noob on this...
Buy why?
Does in not deliver the necessary current needed?
You are right it's on nhl network. Hawks up 2-0. Time for me to watch islanders. Btw how do I report you? [emoji2]I get Center Ice and League Pass. Not paying for it. I get the MLB package and they never turn off the channels.
That said, I'm not getting the Hawks game this afternoon because it's on the NHL Channel which I don't get because I don't have that tier package. They black it out on Center Ice when it's on the NHL Channel.

I'm pretty sure he just means because of how weak the 510 connection is (physically), it's pretty much the weak link on most devices/tanks. If I remember correctly I heard that it was designed for cig-a-likes, so IMO it's odd that it wasn't "updated" sooner (for larger devices anyways).
It is looking more and more likely that I will be ordering my Satin Silver P3 in a couple of hoursam I crazy for thinking there is a chance they will sell out in that time?
I will also be ordering the following: a Kayfun 3.1 (EHPro), an Igo-L, a few of the new AW IMR 18490/350's, and a bunch of Kanthal/Silica of course![]()

As a Provari user since 2012 (v2->v2. 5->and now v3), I want to share some personal thoughts after using it for about two weeks...
I was among the first to buy the v3 (not the beta), even before it was online at Provape.
I could know it's a Provari by just holding it, even without looking at it. Same known quality, same feel.
However...
The new battery gauge, while it may be more accurate and more intelligent, it's like reinventing the wheel
as a triangle. A high-tech triangle, but still, a triangle.
They say it senses the way I vape, the battery level, the coil resistance, and calculates a more accurate data of how much
battery life I have.
For about two weeks I'm trying to understand its logic, but I couldn't. I'm inserting a fresh battery, it shows me 75%. Take a few
vapes, it goes down to 68%, after two minutes it's at 71%, and so on.
Another battery starts at 99%, after an hour it shows 30%, take a few vapes and it shows 20%, do nothing for 5 minutes and it's 25%.
This information may be accurate in a scientific manner, but to me, as a vaper, if I wish to know at a point of time how much battery life
I have remaining, I can't. This information gives me nothing.
If I'm inserting a freshly charged battery and it shows me 75% and after a few minutes it's 80%, and a few minutes later it's at 65%,
what am I supposed to learn from this information ?
Sometimes a simple battery gauge is all that is needed. It's there at phones, cars, planes, it really should be the same in mods.
All a vaper needs to know is how much battery life is left, and not in a futuristic/scientific manner which makes the gauge jump up
and down. The issue is they also removed the flashing warning led just before the battery should be replaced, so the only way
to know this is when it won't vape anymore. I could live without the flashing led if the display was providing me this information easily.
But it looks like the big OHM sign and the double line BOOST information prevented Provape from displaying the battery gauge on both screens.
So I find myself now and then clicking twice just to see the battery gauge (the first button press shows the voltage, wattage, coil resistance, and the
very big OHM sign which seems he got a VIP ticket on my display).
From time to time I'm getting an error, something like "coil resistance too low, replace atty and try again). My atty's are all above 1.3ohm,
but I do understand that the Provari was designed with safety in mind, and from time to time it may detect something which can lead to such error.
The issue is - even without clicking the "TO FIX" option, right after the error message it goes into the looooooooooong menu.
Now, if they want me to replace the atty, what should I do in the menu system ? Nothing but wait. This one is really annoying, and for no reason.
Other than that, it's a great device
I thought that after a so long period of beta testing of the public, the interface would be perfect, or at least almost perfect.
The good thing is that all of this can be fixed. The question is - will it happen, and when.
Regards,
Marius.
