And Level 4 menu speed is pretty nice once you get used to it. Getting' emboldened to try 5.

I went to 5 and had a hell of a time getting to slow it back down. My reflexes couldn't keep up. If there were a level 6 it would stay there forever because I wouldn't have a chance. I'm on level 3 now but think I'm ready to go to 4.

You need a great set of eyes to use 5. I'm at 3 and 4 was way to fast for my old brain.

I noticed Todd carefully said you're getting the kayfun vape. I don't think he said the KF4 is a better vape than the KFL. OTOH, he didn't say it's no better than a KFL either, but that's what I get from reading between the lines.

You are getting the ability to refill while still on the mod and you can change out the cotton wick and dry burn the coil in the process without draining the tank.

Yep! I'm a huge owner and fan of the KF club and I'm very happy to see the P3 Hybrid thread on the KF4. That's the good news. After watching Tod's review I'm really not impressed. That's just me but it's all about flavor. Fill from the top. Big deal. My Squape R already delivers a similar feature and a fast and easy way to access the build without the need to drain the juice. Along with the best flavor I have ever vaped. Of course, wicking a Squape is a delicate and touchy procedure and they are expensive (authentics). OK, the KF4 has juice flow control. That got my attention but my guess is that your wicking material better be able to wick wick wick or your in for trouble. Just a guess but I'm going to wait and see if some authoritive figure can tell me that the flavor in the KF4 beats the current crop.

My thoughts as well. I've seen two reviews of the K4 now (Todd's and Dimitri's). Both are basically saying the same thing...they like the added features but the vape is on par with the Kayfuns. So it boils down to the bells and whistles. Top fill? I never had a problem with the bottom fill. Removable tank? No big deal to me. I build them right and have no need to remove the deck without draining the juice....and if I have to remove the juice it's no big deal.

$200, 41 parts, same vape. Disappointed.

As far as I'm concerned, the KF4 is exactly what SvöeMesto promised...
And that was a perfected Kayfun...
I don't know where I read it, but that is the statement from SvöeMesto himself...
The KF4 is/was not meant to be a game changer. Just a "take everything we've learned from previous models, and make a really awesome" Kayfun...

Just like the P3, it's a blank slate. It's a start over. A new beginning place. Yes the older ones work fine, but the new models are the new starting point.
So don't think of the Kayfun4 (or the P3) as the "next chapter"...think more along the lines of it being the first chapter in the new world of vaping ahead of us.

I think they should release a K4 Beta to dealers only. Preferably in Europe.
Then don't tell anybody how long it will be before the actual release.
Then sell it through dealers only.
Then don't tell anybody how long it will be before the actual release on their website.

Grace Slick must've gotten to your Kool-Aid! ;)

149 € for the KF4 and what, 39-49 € and an extra 5mm length for the P3 adapter?

now that I saw the KF 4, and it's price... I'll just wait to see if anybody is going to come out with a KFL+ with P3 base mod? I have not seen anything yet.. :)

Talk is that SM will release a Lite version in 1Q of 2015. No other details on connectors or anything else for that matter.
