Why should they :) It's a nice monitoring feature. The P3 vapes regardless.

Because some of us, uh, er, um, me......are OCD and check IQ too often, feeling less confident when our IQ drops, regardless of the vape quality. We lived without IQ before and to be honest, I for one, could live without it again.

Just think of all the good, enjoyable things the P3 has to offer ;)

Oh trust me my Latvian Friend! I'm thankful for all the wonderful things my P3 does every single time I push the button. And I don't check IQ nearly as often, but I still check it when I put in a fresh battery. For an OCD, that's pretty good progress. Yes it is!!:vapor:

I run my nautilus at 13-13.6W on a fresh 1.8 BVC coil.
Try it at 12W and adjust from there.
The Nautilus/BVC combo is light years evolved past the Iclears.

My Ti P3 is here! Back from the dark side, the Vamo can go away (got it after I killed my ProVari 2 by cross threading in like a donkey, and couldn't wait for service.) just never got around to rejoining ProVape.

Couple observations...

The threads are squeaky (can I use the thread lube I bought from Provape with my P2 on the Ti model?)

Love the size with the P3 threads. Even in 18650 mode it dwarfs my stupid Vamo (with its crappy disappearing finish and buttons that too easily would accidentally change the wattage. When you vape at 3.0 and bump backwards to 15.0 the nasty dry hit isn't fun)

Can't believe how much I missed ProVapes quality, fit and finish. This thing is gorgeous!

On the Aspire Naulitus, a couple questions. I'm running the 1.8 BVCs. On my Vamo with iClear, I was running 1.8ohm at 3.5-4.0 watts (emperor penguin 3mg), and while it was a bit warm temp vape I got decent vapor.

With the aspire, I'm now up to 7 watts and temp is warm, but I'm not getting as much vapor. Does it need to break in? (Yeah I know I don't use a ton of power, but I hate burnt taste and the iClear at 5 watts would burn my juice and the atomizer)

Lastly how full can I fill it without it leaking? All the way to the edge of the post when inverted?

Thanks! I'm loving this machine! (Gotta get a new drip tip though I think) and I'm super stoked on the service I got from Provape to get my order all together and snagging me a Ti when they arrived plus the tank which seemed to be out of stock on the website.

My five pawns Kayfun arrived today as did my 18350 batteries from Provape. Clean as a whistle. It certainly is a nano, but the chimney actually fits into the top cap snugly. I'll post pictures tomorrow but it vapes great and thankfully it doesn't leak.

I'm using the 18350 mode and my screwing the end cap in is a project. Compressing the spring is like compressing a car spring.

So I finally received those Parish cases the other day and wanted to post up some pics. I do like the one pictured. I would have taken pics of the other one, but this is the better one to get anyway and I'm at work and actually motivated to get pics up at the moment and only have this one! I'll post both links below.

As an FYI - as you can tell from the juice dripping from the drip tip, it might be best to get a darker color so that the juice dripping isn't so obvious. All in all I like this one.

Stanley...let me start by saying that I know full well that "You is you."
So, having stated that, may I ask...why is it in the case upside down?
I noticed you asked Billie (of ByLeo) about having the Calix upside down too...
Which makes me wonder...what's your affinity for turning your devices upside down? [emoji44][emoji44][emoji44][emoji44]

I have to use Muscles to screw that darn cap in when it is in mini mode

Hahaha I don't quite get the "you is you" comment, but I want my drip top clean I guess. I don't even want my own hands touching it. (Hence the reason for the case to begin with I guess. I can't just put the thing in my pocket like the rest of the world I guess - haha). Since I saw OCD mentioned recently, I guess I'll admit that's my OCD!

Think about how nasty those drip tips get. Maybe not "nasty" - but how exposed to germs. Like cell phones only probably worse. Ecigs have to be the most germ ridden things we carry. And no reason for anyone to oppose me because honestly, I don't care what others say or if others wash their vape gear with toilet water, because it really doesn't effect me anyway

But yeah... Always do the upside down in the pocket thing since my old ego days where I'd get a lot of leaking from my old Kanger T3's 2 years ago if I didn't turn upside down. Just feels better than way too and natural to grab with the hand mod side up too.

Is that a stain Stanley or just moisture from your drip tip? I'm glad you're happy with it. I think for my needs, I'm very happy with the VapinArt mod carrier I use. I have to tell a slightly funny story. We were at our jewelers this weekend and I had my mod carrier attached to my belt, so it was slightly visible. The pistol packing guard who let's people in the store, came over and asked if I was carrying a gun. I had to show him it was my mod-carrier and not a gun.

Haha - "no gun here sir - just my Provari night stick"

My wife prefers the Vaporshark devices because they don't look like weapons in her words. (*Sorry to bring up vaporshark again in the P3 thread!)

Oh and yes - that's exactly what it is -- moisture/juice from the drip tip.

LOL......my OCD about things looking perfect, would trump you OCD about germs, thus my P3 goes in my mod carrier right side up. I just grab it below the drip tip, so I'm not putting my fingers on it before it goes to my mouth.

I have a theory about my P3 and I am going to test it today.

With the extensions in place, my batteries are reading fair to not good. I am going through brand new AW IMR 18650 2200mAh, that I bought right from ProVape, in WAYYYY Faster time than you all are going through the smaller ones.

I have taken all the extensions away and am using the P3 in mini mode with batteries that I bought when I bought the P3 right from ProVape.

First off, the battery is reading IQ Great. That rarely, if ever, happened in max extended mode. I will keep track of how long the battery is lasting. I have a feeling that extended mode is not giving a very good connection for whatever reason.

I have been watching this thread and the thing I am hearing the most is that a lot of you are using it in mini mode and having none of the problems I am having. The P3 has been sitting in my drawer as a paperweight for the last few months. I am one of those that has been sorely disappointed in the way the device has been working.

Before anyone starts giving me any 'tips', please know that even if I have not said anything, I have read all the threads, tried ALL of the tips that have been dispensed as of this date. I have even read of the 'lubricant' debates and did purchase the now recommended stuff. I have tried with the lube and without.

If this experiment doesn't work, I will be opening a ticket with ProVape. I would absolutely love to Love my P3. I thank god that I have three P2's for backup :D They have never failed me, except when I fail them

I use my P3 in 18490 mode. I think it has to do with how it feels in my hand more than anything else (I keep all of my 2.5s in Serenity Sleeves, which make them about the same length as a P3 in 18490). I ignore the IQ, since I haven't found it relevant to anything except discussions on this thread. I keep the display "off," as in I only see one function at a time: volts, watts, battery%, ohms and I...oops! I got bored and looked away.
