Hi all!! I have been reading this thread since the p3 was first introduced. I am provari fan, and I currently own 3 provari minis. I am now hoping for vape 360's help.

I live in Vancouver, Canada, but am on holiday in Phoenix, Arizona. On the second day of our golf holiday, I fell down, and my white provari mini fell with me. We both sustained some bruises, and although I am healing nicely, my little buddy needs some tender loving care.

I googled nearby dealerships, and found Northern Clouds Vapor in Phoenix. They could not ship my mini for me but provided me w a shipping box and advised me to open a ticket w Provape.

While I was at the store, against my better judgement, I purchased a new white p3. I have been holding off buying a p3 because I have been waiting for the gunmetal zencote, but knowing I would be without my white mini, I caved.

Within 24 hours, the finish on my new p3 started to peel off.

We leave for home tomorrow, and my husband is sick w the flu. I had to drag him out of bed, and have him take me back to the b&m. They were great. They offered to replace the p3, but only had a blue one in stock.

I declined. I just added my p3 to the box w my mini & added status to my existing tkt #63486 & they shipped it off.
Note - I would rather have the Celtic knot, or even better a gunmetal zencoat, as a replacement, if it is going to be available anytime soon.

I hope this is ok, and am wondering if u will follow up on this for me.

Cheers,

Tracy VM

Hi Tracy, I too am confused. Provape does not make a P3 in a white finish, so one must wonder what you purchased? While Provape does pop in here from time to time, it's mainly us users who are hear full time. It would be best if you opened a ticket directly on the Provape website and/or called them for assistance.

I'm sure they'll be very responsive to you and I'm sorry to hear you and your mini took a fall.

Hey Tracy,
sorry to hear that, but, I must say, the P3 never came in white, so it's no wonder the finish started to peel off.. The blue one would have been an original, I suppose, but, as the guys sold you a white one, I wouldn't be so sure.
So, now you're waiting on a new white one?

Hi! Thanks for replying raitizz & rbrylawski. I have really enjoyed reading your posts, why yes I have! (And no, I'm not a stalker, just very interested in the p3).

If u go onto provape's site, they have the red, white and blue p3's on sale.

I am concerned if I get a replacement white p3, that I will experience the same issue.

Regards,

Tracy VM

Uh Ohhhhhhh..........I don't deserve soup. Tracy, I'm sorry. I even went to the Provape website to make sure and I didn't see a white P3. My apologies for that. However, I stand by my suggestion to open a ticket on the Provape website and/or call them directly.

Tracy, I apologize for not knowing there really is a white P3. I'd be concerned about having the same issue with the soft touch models, so I'd ask Provape to change the model to one you'd be more comfortable with. Yes I would!!

I was wondering if I'd only imagined the white soft touch :)

Krys from ProVape said that the sale isn't really a sale, but is the new pricing for the P3s. Better and better!

Whole Foods sells organic, free range veal. It's pink, because it is raised humanely; it is able to wander around and eat. Makes great parmigiana...

Missed you all, this week. Glad to see that everyone's avi's are back to normal; it takes so little to confuse me!

Where have you been LB?? You've been missed! I guess I've avoided veal so long that I'm not even sure I could eat free range veal. I remember going to a very expensive wedding about 10 years ago. It was one of those, it probably cost over $500 a head affairs and the main course was a perfectly cooked veal chop. It was an odd choice for a wedding given the controversy surrounding veal. I noticed a lot of people didn't eat it.

Thanks, Sir Rod. I missed all y'all, too! It took several hours to catch up on more than 30 pages ... during which I learned that some folks like baseball, P3 springs can go wonky, we all check IQ at least once in a blue moon, threads need cleaning, DP and Kat have grown to look a lot alike, DP's futon may have a new occupant soon, and your nuptials are almost upon us. Of these, the last is by far the most noteworthy. Praying for good weather!

Thanks for that LB!! I can hardly believe our wedding is just 5 days off. I won't explain why, but you all might be able to see it. Yahoo News is flying a videographer in to tape the wedding. No, we're not famous. And it's a looooooong story, but if there is a link to it, I'll certainly let you all know.

HBManOfTheCorpseDude's gonna track you down. He's been wanting the Calix for a while now. You may be the first in this thread to get one. We'll all be looking forward to lot's of pics and thoughts when you get it. Yes we will!!
Haha yes! He's the while reason I got one frankly. 100% the reason.

Yes - both the satin P3 and the Calix are because of Corpse. No doubt.
Air Tip Combo? ;)

R
Haha I'm a MTL guy but I figured I couldn't buy the Calix and not at least try that tip out with it! So yes - air tip also.

The exchange rate USD to Euro is quite favorable at the moment also.

I do hope you're able to at least share the story. Be it before or after, I do not care. But PLEASE do eventually share it with us.

It's not my story. It's my partners story, but I asked him if it was OK for me to 'splain it and he said I could. Note, I've said this before, but if anyone is homophobic, you might want to stop reading now............

Very few people, especially those who work for the federal government who are gay, have any clue how much they owe to my partner. Back in the dark ages (late 60's early 70's) anyone suspected of being gay, would almost immediately be fired. Such was the case for my partner. He worked for The National Bureau of Standards, where he had nothing but exemplary performance reviews, but one day he received a letter in the mail accusing him of heinous crimes against nature (I'm putting that very nicely as the letter they sent him was so horrendous, it's hard to even imagine) and he was summarily fired just because he was gay.

He never shared this with anyone in his family, but he sought out a gay activist in Washington D.C. named Frank Kameny, who ran an organization called the Mattechine Society, who was gay himself and was highly known for taking cases to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Together, they took his case all the way to the Supreme Court and in 1974, the Supreme Court ruled the government had no basis for firing him, made the government reinstate him, give him 3 years back pay, but the most important thing was it effectively put an end to the government firing people just because they were gay. This was a landmark case.

So, in 1980 we got together and the case was history. Or so we thought. Fast forward to last summer. We learned the attorney who championed his cause had passed away, and all the documents from his case along with boxes and boxes stored in his attic were being reviewed by a new organization in Washington, who reached out to Charlie (that's my partners name btw) and asked if he'd be willing to spend a day at some mega-law- firms offices in DC (they offered to fly us up there from Tampa) because this firm was suing the government for what they are calling Political Archivism, to force the government to release millions of documents about government gay discrimination the government doesn't want the public to see.

And they are also preparing a brief for this summers upcoming Supreme Court decision about gay marriage to [hopefully] once and for all, make it legal in all US States.

Charlie was recently interviewed for the Huffington Post and the National Law Journal and when the law firm learned we are getting married, they asked Yahoo News to interview Charlie at our home, the day before the wedding and to video our wedding the next day. So, a whole crew is coming to our home this Thursday to interview him, and then the producer only, will attend our wedding to video it. They wanted to bring an entire crew to video it, but because we are doing this so privately, and because my brother and his fiancee are also getting married alongside us, we said they could video it only if there was one person.

So there you have it. I'm so proud of Charlie. He's the nicest man on the planet, but when the government did such a horrible thing to him, instead of just running away and hiding, he fought back and as a result, he change the world for people in government service forever.

That's why Yahoo News is coming to our wedding.

White is available in the Soft Touch finish, isn't it?

Yes white is available. I am concerned that if they replace it with another white one, I will have the same problem. I am not trying to get something for nothing. I purchased this p3 in good faith from a vape shop in Phoenix, and knowingly paid more than the sale price on Provape's website because I did not want to wait & order one when I returned to Canada.

Within 24 hours the finish was coming off, so now I am asking that they replace it with something that is actually less expensive ( $199.95 U.S. vs $209.95).

If you read my original post, I quote my tkt # that I have already submitted to Provape. Had I known that I was going to get this sort of reaction, I would never had written in. I didn't realize that Vape360's help was available to only the privileged few.
