HB has been suspended. Last night he sent me a PM and said he thought he would suspended or banned from ECF. He wanted me to have his email address and to give it out to his friends if they wish to contact him.

If anyone is interested in his email address please PM me. I don't think I'm violating any ECF rules that I know of.

so ive received my p3....finally. first impressions are that it's extremely well made, and I expected that. The menu system is very easy to navigate. looks amazing especially in hybrid mode with my kayfun V4.

my battery life went down quite quickly at 18w, pulled it back to 16w and it seems to be holding up a bit better, I can live with that. I think this will be my work mod as I don't tend to vape excessive amounts at work and I will only run this in mini mode.

I am very impressed though. It's a very simple, elegant mod.

And it works time and time again.

Oh and I love the button....I mean really love the button. I hate them tactile buttons that PB is always going on about.

flavour seems a bit better as well... a much smoother vape than I'm used to.

I never understood what Phil meant by "tactile". Tactile means how something feels as in texture. I think he likes clicky buttons. That's not tactile.

Phil has a thing for buttons which click. I love the silent Provari button which never seems to fail.

so i got about 3 hours out of my new 18350 at 16w, but that's playing around with the menu and constantly checking IQ.....and probably the heaviest vaping session I've ever had. I only vape 6mg and I was buzzing so that says it all. so if I'm getting 4 or 5 hours it's all good.

flavour is good, smooth consistent vape with nice thick clouds. I love my kayfun v4's. It took me 18 months of vaping to find my perfect atty....hopefully I've found my perfect mod.

The only downside would be the battery life in 18350 as 18490/650 are too big for out and about imho.

I'm really impressed actually. amazing bit of kit. build quality is very impressive. I do have a habit of moving mods on, so we shall see... [emoji6]

The one thing I'll say is that when I got my first provari I thought I only wanted to use mini mode, but the 18490 mode, to be perfectly honest, feels the best in my hands. Like I actually ended up preferring to use it in 18490 mode all day every day. And the difference in battery life between the two is impressive.

Also after purchase of a few efest not so great batteries, I've vowed to only buy AW's going forward. It was clear the efests weren't lasting as long. I think I have 5 or 6 18490's and probably as many 18350's. I have a couple Sony and LG 18650's but good lord, I'll never use them in the Provari's. It's truly a light saber in that mode!

Check out the new AW's too. They have a little black stripe on the bottom and have a little more juice.

Point of this post is to give 18490 mode a chance as you just might end up preferring it. I also have no issues getting a full day (all day + ) use out of them. Granted I use 12mg juice and hit MTL, but my button pushes at 13 watts are probably as long as a DTL vaper. As I keep the button held and give 2 or 3 MTL pulls each time.

I get about 3 mls of juice out of a single 18350 charge at 8 - 9 watts.

love the feel of it. This is my first high end regulated tube mod, I find tubes a lot more comfortable in the hand

Me too! I love my Provari's and choose them over my box mods about every day.

And the cool thing is how quick and easy it is to swap out batteries in these things too. And the 18350's carry around really well if that's what you stick with.

Care to share?

I think it's to toast me and Charlie! We're all checked in at the resort. Just 1.5 hours till we meet the minister and photographer and Yahoo News dude. The room is beautiful and spacious, as one should expect from a $550/night room, but hey I'm only getting married once and we should have some luxury!

HB also sent me an email. I wrote him back and he said he'd 'splain what happened when we're back from the wedding.

I won't be checking in again, till sometime tomorrow!

I got about 4ml of juice out of my first 18350, but I'm vaping at higher wattage and I take hard long pulls.

I'm using the new aw imrs. its all good anyway. more than happy at the moment. love the feel of it. This is my first high end regulated tube mod, I find tubes a lot more comfortable in the hand

Juice consumption per charge is pretty consistent across varying power outputs.
