It was Bronze who told you to use more cotton. Happy you are still loving the KFL, it sure is the way to vape and really enjoy the flavor of the juice.

Both my P3's are back and up to date.. The family has been reunited.
And Mrs. Ping can get some rest.

I'm glad you've got your P3's back, safe and sound! I'll bet even 6 days without a P3 was too long!

So, I spoke too soon about not needing to change the wick. Maybe it's because it was on my mind, but it seems just as I typed what I did, the flavor started to change. Not bad, but a touch harsh. So I changed the wick when I got home. It went so smoothly and it only took me a couple minutes to empty the tank (I've got an empty juice bottle I empty the juice into), remove the wick (I did use Bronze's suggestion and it did make it ever so much easier to remove the wick), burned off the gunk, cleaned all parts, put new wick in, primed it, put it all back together and put the juice back in. It's vaping wonderfully and I'm a happy camper! Yes I am!
I change it at the end of a tank so I don't have to drain. I suspect you'll figure out your limit and time it the same way.

I was actually really really happy to get a full week without needing to wick. As to changing at the end of the tank, that wouldn't be as convenient for me. So I learned how to empty it, without losing any juice and getting it back in easily. I think I'll get one of those Kayfil thingy's to make it even easier.

The flashing yellow light at 15% remaining battery is driving me bonkers - and it isn't all that far! It s like having a strobe on the bow; annoying, but useful, I suppose. Hoping the next upgrade provides a means to shut it off. Ahh. The Stealth's appeal grows ...

I guess I'm glad I typically replace my battery before it hits 15%. For me, a 18490 battery lasts from 7:00 AM until I go to bed at night, with just about 25% battery left.

That alone keeps me from updating. There really isn't anything on the update that strikes my fancy as it is. Strobe lights kill it for me.

I dunno.......maybe this is overly simplistic, but here goes..........light blinks........change out your battery. Whew, I said it! And if you're away from home? Whatcha doin out with a battery that low? Huh?
Fire the light off at 2 - 5% so I can vape longer without being harrassed?

With what we now about Provape and their quest for the highest safety standards, I'd have to believe the 15% warning, while maybe not required for all users, is really designed to keep us safer. But Provape also listens and I'm sure it's already on the discussion board there to offer something on this in ver 39.

I'm guessing they'll change it. But kind of hard for some as we learned.

Again, for me, this just won't be an issue. I really never vape with the battery lower than 15%. And I have extra batteries with me most of the time, just in case.

Yep, you'd never confront it, but I can see those who go end to end with a battery how it would drive them nuts.

I'm so OCD about so many things and it carries over to my vape habits too. I change the battery well before it hits 15%. I make sure I have more juice than I may need to get me through the day. I keep my device lubed and clean. I can't stand scratches, so neither my P3 or KFL+ has any. It's not easy being me, but someone has to, so it may as well be me! LOL

I'd like to update for the (potentially) longer battery life but, I agree, that flashing light you can't turn off has me waiting for the next update.

I run my ProVaris with the lights off anyway. I'm okay with the flash-when-dead that my P3 does currently.

I have to think that 15% (or 18% whatever it is) would drive me insane. I can't imagine my P3 sitting on my night stand all night flashing. Might as well add a foghorn too.
