Here's my prescription for ProVape, because you just know they love when we tell them how to run their business.

The Radius should be a single 18650, side by side, box mod with 40W.

There should be a dual 18650 80W Radius Pro, and possibly.. a triple 18650 120W Radius Soopa Fly.

The Classic is fine.
The P3 is fine.
The Procyon is fine.

Voilà.

Stand back and watch the moola roll in.

Has Vape360 ever flamed anybody?

I have a feeling I'm about to find out.

I hear ya. So now people can finally stop saying ProVape only caters to a particular audience....The Tootle Puffer...
But no matter who their audience is, there will still be the naysayers....you can't never make them happy.

True, but for most people out there in the higher wattage crowd, as seen with the Radius rollout, it will be too little, too late, for too much.

Like it or not, when the higher wattage mods started coming out, Provape insisted that no one needed more than 20 watts, and that their target market was people trying to quit smoking (I happen to be one of these, under 15 watts is fine by me).

That reluctance to enter a growing market and the growing love of "moar watts" pretty much cemented them as a niche brand. Now it seems that Provape wants to crash the high-wattage party.

Unfortunately, if you show up to the party late, you better bring something that knocks peoples socks off. Owners of mods like the 200w wismec reuleaux are looking at Provape right now like they brought a bottle of Boones Farm to the party.

Anything higher than 40 on a single 18650 is worthless imo. I've been vaping at 23 watts lately and my radius eats battery like no tomorrow. Can't imagine running it at 40 full time let alone 50.

I'll pass on whether the power is good or bad, or the menu, or the battery limitation.
But, I completely agree with Woofer, it's a really nice looking tube. Except for the Radius (and for me, the P3), I've never felt that Provape paid attention to esthetics, versus being engineering oriented, which is a good thing I won't deny. I think the visual design of the Procyon is dandy.

Yup, 18650 only.
That's a total dealbreaker for me unless it is a much shorter form factor than my P3 in 18650 mode. I switch around batteries like crazy depending on my day and where I am going.

If I don't have a coat and only going out for a couple of hours, I will never bring a Provari tube mod with me in 18650 mode. Waaayyyyy too big. Especially as I own a Radius and many 18500/18350 configurable Provaris.

Around the house, I might use one of my Classics or P3's in 18650 mode, but never out of the house. I am a huge fan of a 2.5, P3 or Classic in 18500 mode and sometimes 18350.

P.s. I absolutely understand why a 50w mod should be used with an 18650, but really wished I could use an 18500 with this mod and just deal with the crappy battery life.

Good, I'ze broke anyways. :(

@Vape360 PLEASE tell us since it's using essentially the P3 menu, WHYYYYYY are ya'll still using that dreaded tiny screen & tiny font? Just because it scrolls doesn't make it ideal.
For $200+ many of us are tired of resorting to readers to view the menus.

Hi Scandalex,

With not much room inside, that size display fits into the carrier best. We are also setup with custom molds, connectors and ribbon cables for this display size. When you look at changing all this it gets very expensive to retool for a slightly larger display :)

Thank you for responding....
Buuut you've been using the same screen size for years!!! With all the R&D that goes into these devices I'm sure by now ya'll have got to know many of your customers are not in their 20's with 20/20 vision.

Not trying to be funny- right now can only speak for myself. A few months ago I had eye surgery. If it weren't for that surgery, the only menu I could use was the 2.5....even now owning a Radius, I have to grab glasses to see anything I am doing- my other devices (not ProVape) I don't need an extra pair of eyes at all.

I understand and I'll certainly pass along your suggestions to the dev team.

Fifty Watts.

18650 only.

That's the whole point.

MY whole point is that there is zero chance that I am carrying around a 4.75-5" (without tank) tube mod.

I get the potential safety risk, but I am not one of the small number of folks out there that are willing to carry around a 6-7" tube mod/tank every day. That's far from a super fun day out for a guy wearing shorts and a tshirt. Trust me, I've done it with an 18650 P3.

It looks like a great device, but just not for me.

YMMV and I'm sure it will for lots of ProVape fans. :)

P.s. I have bought 12 Provaris (at least one of every model) in the last 3 months. I love them all, but this one just isn't for me.

Incremental updates compared to the P3, but very nice decorative accents and a bit more power for those that need it. I don't need one, but that doesn't mean that I absolutely won't be buying one at some point, if I decide I need another tube mod.

Looking forward to seeing all the pictures from those people who get one in the coming days!
