For the record, I have five Radiuses and all have a loose screen cover.
It does rattle but very little and there is also very minimal movement that is barely noticeable with my eye in the lens.
This should not be the case but I'm ok with it considering the mod is excellent overall.

Bad luck on five Radiuses? Not very likely.
IMHO this is clearly not a QA issue but rather a design/engineering decision/compromise.

Just to throw this out there, my display did the same thing, I contacted Provape, it is not normal, and they had me send it back and fix it. It no longer rattles and is not loose at all.

On a side note, I also ordered an LG 3000 mah battery. I vape using the Kabuki with 1.6 ohm coil at 11 Watts with boost 2 setting with brightness all the way up. I haven't gone lower than 3/4 battery level after a full 18 hour day. Ahhhh perfection.

You may recall my sorry tale of a defective Radius from a couple of days ago. I raised a ticket through Provape's system.

David (Vape360) very promptly got in touch with suggestions and assured me of comprehensive follow-up.

Monday morning, Blake from Provape emailed to tell me:

"I'm sending you out a brand new replacement Radius with all the custom options you had selected and I'll ship that FedEx 2 Day so it will arrive on Wednesday for you. I'll also ship your two current orders along with it so everything will get there on Wednesday for you. And I've included a prepaid shipping label and RMA form so you can send the faulty one back to us.

Since everything is shipping together, I removed the shipping cost from order 1****4 and emailed you the revised invoice. You'll be all set very soon! If there is anything else I can help you with in the meantime, be sure to let me know."

Let no-one ever say that Provape doesn't stand behind their product or fail to provide superlative customer support/service - they have a customer for life in me.

All thanks and appreciation to David and Blake from Provape!

I'm wondering how everyone is feeling about their choice of color on their Radius after a few months have passed. I personally love the Radius, it's by far the most durable and nicest box mod I've ever owned, but...

Sigh... I'm bored with the Onyx Black. It's like owning a Cadillac when you're a sports car kinda guy. It's nice, but it's just a little too staid for my tastes right now and I'm wishing I had went with one of the other choices. So I'm wondering if anyone out there bought one of the colored versions of the Radius and are experiencing a lack of thrill with their choice as time goes on.

Anybody else feeling like they made the wrong color choice? Wanna trade?
I have the radius stealth. I noticed yesterday that even with careful use, I have some little scratches on the top of it on the edge. Kinda bummed about that, only had it for a few months, haven't dropped it or plopped it into my purse, and its not even a daily use, since I frequently rotate my mods. So, not too whoop de do about the stealth finish.
With that being said, I really like the snakeskin. Might look into getting one of those eventually.
I agree, out of the original Radius lineup, I think the Ghost is the nicest, the other ones fall "flat" for me.

Yes, yes we do! I have pics and have posted pics of every Provari I've owned. It's our way of saying how much we love our Provari's! Yes it is!

In fact I posted this yesterday in the Procyon thread:

GAAAAH I love the snakeskin! But I just bought a hex ohm that I have wanted forever... Well, i guess I will wait until I have taken care of all my adult responsibilities and I have the $ left over I will get another radius!

Heading to a concert this summer and I want to make sure that I bring a vape that will last all day. Testing my radius, because I don't think one of my regular sized p2.5s would last all day. My goal is not to carry an extra battery. Fully charged it yesterday, running it at 12watts with no boost. I am clocking it from when I started vaping on it yesterday and I am excluding sleep and classroom time. Missing the boost though! Curious to see how long it will last until it powers out.
I am also ordering a sweet holster from an Etsy guy, because I like to travel light and I don't want to be responsible for a purse and all that extraneous stuff. Hands free woo!

I can't say I've noticed a problem with charging internally, but last night I set it to charge in the bedroom, and woke up 6 hours later, still dark outside, and the bedroom was still glowing bright blue. Shouldn't have taken 6 hours to charge with a 7A charger, especially when the battery wasn't empty, so something's definitely odd. A couple hours later when I got out of bed, the blue light was off. Usually I charge during the day at my desk, and it only takes 2-3 hours for the blue light to go out.

I have had zeros issues with either of mine (had them since release). However, just the other day, one of them did the exact thing you describe.....took about 6 hours to charge. Although, I wonder if the issue was that the blue light just stayed on longer than necessary...

That's funny. I almost pulled the plug on a Hex Ohm yesterday. The only reason I didn't was that a deal on a Kabuki with a bunch of Nautilus coils came up that was too good to pass on.

I also have the stealth Radius and it is still like new after a few months. I don't use it all of the time though....

So, not too whoop de do about the stealth finish.

ANYTHING with ANY type of finish on top of bare metal, WILL eventually wear off. Some coatings are stronger than others, but ALL will wear off in time. Next time you go to a place with metal hand rails, look at how polished they are - just from hands touching them over time. They started out rough and dull, and now are smooth and shiny. That's the bare metal being worn off, so coatings don't stand a chance. We know the Radius prints are on the outside, and we've had reports of them wearing off rather quickly already. The only way to make a print last is if it were printed on the INSIDE of a clear shell, and even then most clear plastics yellow over time so there's that too. Just a reality check... Accept it or buy bare metal.

That's exactly why my first Provari mini purchase a couple years ago was satin silver. I knew that from normal use and my own carelessness the paint would eventually have imperfections and knew it might bother me so I went plain Jane and bought a wrap right away for flavor. I just bought a black onyx Radius recently and chose the standard finish for the same reason

I did just buy a satin black P3 but since I got a deal for a $100.00, I thought it was worth it but bought a wrap for that right away and a darn leather sheath too so we'll see how long I can keep that one perfect :)

That all said, imperfections give character and snipers are gonna get a bead on someone from the clouds of vapor long before the light scratch on the stealthy finish gives em away.

Just found out my Radius will no longer be welcome inside the Stagecoach venue. First time in the 3 years I've been going we have been banned. The rules do allow for a cigalike though. I saw the cloud dudes in the concert venue in years past and knew this was coming. I really despise the cloud dudes who can't help but look like a giant blow hole in public forums. As a result I had to buy a Juul kit so I could have something to puff on while I gaze at Kelly Clarkson this trip. A pox on all you cloud chasing tools who are slowly leading us down the road to being unwelcome at even an outdoor concert! I guess I am a heavier vaper than I thought; I am currently vaping at 12mg nic but maybe I should bump it back up to 18.
I fully charged my radius at 5pm Monday, and the battery gave out last night about 10pm.
I had it set to 12 watts, with no boost. So about a day and a half? I have read here some folks go longer. I do tend to vape a lot, I wonder if I should just go back up to 18mg, maybe I will be satisfied with a higher nic and vape less...
I now know I can take this to the concert, but who knows, maybe they are restricting at these places too. So annoying!

For the purposes you are talking about, I think I would bump the nic level. Sortta hard to chain vape if yer in the middle of a mosh pit right? :D Did I mention I loathe the unwashed heathen pig-dog defiler cloud gulping frak-nozzles that have managed to get vaping banned at an outdoor concert? Yea? K, just checking.

No matter how many different names you call cloud chasers, it doesn't change the fact we all have a different style of vaping.

You mad tho at the cloud chasers but where's your anger towards the manufacturers that make the devices that makes said cloud possible?

I subohm a lot but I agree about blowing huge clouds in public. Drives me crazy and makes all of us look bad.

No. I am mad I can no longer bring my mod into a venue because some feel the need to vomit clouds on people while packed in at a concert. Could care-a-less who makes the thrice blasted things.
