I really like the look of the Serpent Mini on the P3. Matching sharp edges.

Guys, I have a question.

I built a coil that read 1.1 ohms, when I placed the tank in the Radius it gave the same reading but after a couple of puffs the mod read 1.3 (I guess just once), then it went back to 1.1 ohm, a minute later and after another couple of puffs it read 1.2 ohm. After that it has been stable at the original 1.1ohm reading for more than 2 days.

Can that happen with a new coil? BTW I'm using kanthal A1, this one was 26g single coil not spaced

Thanks

Check screws first. A loose coil lead screw can cause it. New wire can have a bit of variance that will settle once heated.

Uhh uhh, another question.

It might sound strange being this a Provari Radius thread but I wanted to ask if any of you guys have an opinion on the Vapor Flask Lite from Vape Forward.

The reason I ask here is that being the Radius such a good mod as I believe it, can't find a better reference to judge other equipment quality and dependability.

I already have 3 Radii (actually only using one of them) and might get more if the FDA fully enforces its %#"*/ deeming rule but was also considering buying less expensive back ups for the years to come.

Still have to buy more RBAs and figure out how to buy some nic :(

I have a Vaper Flask Lite living together with my Radius and P3, It is actually a very fine little Mod, I use it when I go out (having a Beer) and don't want to take my precious Pro Vape gear along. It has been working flawlessly For 5 month now, not one single issue, so as a supplement I highly recommend the Vaper Flask Lite. This is what I use these days:

To you folks wondering about why ProVape may have disco'ed the build your own Radius...At the end of December another segment of the deeming kicks in, and manufacturers have to submit a complete listing of all products available to the FDA. A custom built mod has no place in such a description, because each variance from unit to unit makes them a distinctly different product.

As I see it, streamlining would be a necessary step to regulatory survival, and could also be viewed as an intent to stay in the game.

See, speculation can be positive as well ;)

This is the area to enlarge and look at...

It seems the finish is failing?

Provape sells silicone sleeves for the Radius, and I think those are a good idea to protect it. I use the sleeve all the time.View attachment 614637

i bought one, fit great but, hmmm about an hour after putting it on my radius, it looked like a fuzzy sleeve! i quickly learned it is not such a good radius sleeve for us cat lovers

It's barely noticeable.

Just thought I'd pass it along to all.

Ima keep it.

Jim

Your post helped me like the black onyx a bit more, I was wondering about how durable their new finish was, and you just answered that. If it was as strong as a Zenkote, I wouldn't question it. :)
