7 was great! I just upgraded from it right to 10. No real reason not to get 10. It's free in many circumstances - right? And not a huge departure from the comfy 7.Everything runs smooth and quick like a charm. Like a KFL

I have a quick PC, Win on SSD etc., it just works. Haven't tried 10, but my GF's 8.1 gives me a headache. I somehow think 10 is just as 8 and don't want that. I know more about hardware than software, so don't bash me.
OS.. well, I only have one buddy, who uses it. He's thrilled, but I'd need some time to get my head around it. Then again, I'm an occasional gamer (and my rig is built on that basis), OS is not the platform for me.

10 is much like 8, and is better suited to mobile devices, or maybe laptops, in my opinion. I have 8 on my PC and 10 on my laptop.
I don't know that much either. But 10 stayed wife approved directly from 7.
Mine is also ssd/etc. Built myself. (Not that I know that much about hardware, but rather I could follow some forum guides) haha. It'd honestly comfortable and "fun" and easy to use. Like all the same comforts that have been there for years. I mean it's like a souped up 7 I'm my opinion.
I was LOST and I mean LOST when I tried to set up my mother in laws windows 8 machine...
10 is for tablets and has the comfy 7 feel. It does all.

You see here's the rub. I have a day job and can't xactly respond to every single post in real time. I'm trying to keep up wit you'z guy'z, but it's not always easy. Here's how it went down, Rbrylawski was contacted for his opinion about something new we are working on and he got excited and expressed interest in sharing with you all in a mystery style. Its all about audience participation and Rbrylawski is our host this time.

All TVs in my house are on NickJr practically every wknd. My g*s has me trained so well that the TVs remain on that station for days after he's gone home.

Ha! I had a meeting in the morning and had my teenage son watch my sick daughter. I rushed home by noon and the cartoons JUST were turned off for the night.... Dora, Bubble Guppies, Octonauts, Paw Patrol, Jake & the Neverland Pirates, etc. Haven't watched a Maple Leaf hockey game in months!
