That's what I did, only with pliers. The problem is the metal used to make pennies is very soft, and mine are all bent and have chunks missing where they fit into the grooves of the P3 adapter. The P3 adapter is fine - it's the coins that are all bent, twisted, and have chunks missing now.
Get a Zeus fastener wrench. Also just a sharp tap can break the galling that causes the seizing.

Apologies for more of my Radius ramblings, but I have spent a good few days putting the Radius thru its paces and although I am loving it, this device would be perfect for me it it just had 10-20w more. I am past hating on the 2 stainless screws on the battery door unless charging via USB ultimately kills the connector/port.

Even though the Radius will technically do 0.3ohms, the vape at the full 40w with a few different 0.3-0.35 coils/tanks that I tried isn't great. However, a 0.5ohm Triton coil (in a Super Tank Mini) at 40w is fantastic. Same with a Subtank Mini with a 0.5 Kanger coil or one of my 0.5ohm builds on the Kanger RBA.

So, I think I will keep using my 0.2-0.4ohm builds on my Reuleaux RX200 and Snow Wolf 200 and use the Radius for my 40w/0.5ohm and 12w/1.9ohm vaping.

This is a great mod, but it would be perfect if it was say 60w or 70w IMO.

YMMV, but I doubt many would be happy with the vape output at 40w with a 0.3ohm build.

I thought that it could not obtain 40 watts at .3 ohms?!?

Perhaps the reason for your dissatisfaction?

North of Detroit, way south of Heaven
Windy there too?
Yeah, Weather.com says 24mph gusts 31 but I think that's baloney. The exterior walls are lined with concrete and my Dad says the downstairs windows all have the same glass that was here when they moved here in 1957. The house inspector said by the looks of the glass, it's probably the original stuff (1875). He told us in no uncertain terms, DO NOT replace these windows! My point is, it's not going anywhere but for it to make the noises it's making, the wind is gusting more than 31mph. The only noises I've ever heard it make were typical, "shifting with the earth" creaks from time to time.

What about where your at? NC isn't it? Maybe I should call my Grandma in Franklin, NC...

That would 'splan that. ;)

I miss the days of an included manual or a quick start flyer at least, but it seems that the Radius is limited to 9.5 amps. So 0.4ohms at 36w, etc.

I am aware of the cut offs but they are still annoying. Some of my mods won't fire certain tanks but they just outright refuse them. The just running it but at not at what I set it at bugs me.

The Radius isn't really working out for me but I buy alot of mods so not a big deal to me. It seems like most are buying them for the form factor and using them with tootle tanks so they will never notice the limits.

The Radius did push me to finally bite at a DNA 200. I don't actually do TC or high watts but its still a great chip for regular vaping. At lower power (50w) battery life is absolutely amazing.

50 watts is lower power? Boy, I must live in the dark ages. I'm happy there though, so it's all good.
