My battery gauge works predictably and is fine, (6.5-8 watt usage) but I'd also rather see what voltage my battery was at. Better yet, I wish this device could show the voltage at rest, and the voltage under load.

Second choice would be to see the %, like the P3 shows. I feel the same way about the 2015 Classic.

I find the P3 much more accurate than the Classic. My Classic seems to go from 100% to 80% fairly slowly then to 20% to warning pretty quick. I use it generally with an 18350, so I don't expect more than a couple hours anyways.

I think the Classic is my favorite all day mod thought. Just like the feel and the basic menu. It just works well.

I finally got around to updating my Radius to v20. I wasn't experiencing the problems with the battery draining when idle as others were, or I just didn't notice.

I thought I also read here or another ProVape thread that after the update, that it also fired better (hit a bit harder). Until this update I would have said the Radius was average, on par with my other box mods. And certainly it didn't meet my expectations. But now I can say, that it is working as it should, and I do like it much more than I did initially. :)

It took me a while, but I must say that I've warmed up to the new OLED displays, with all the info at a glance. It saves a lot of button presses.

I guess I am just odd. I never look at the battery. In fact I keep the led and screen off at all times. I do like the option to change the wattage without having to turn the screen on. The only time I turn it on is when I try to vape and get nothing. That is just to see if it is showing OP. I am at 13 w all day very big chain vaper and I plug it in at lunch for an hour while I eat and good to go the rest of the day.

After a two week ordeal of getting our 4 yr old toshiba laptop running again.....new main battery, new CMOS battery, 300,000,000 windows and Norton updates and a new mouse I spent the whole two or three minutes needed to update my Radius to V20.

Seriously, ProVape should start offering a discount code to Mac users since they can't or won't port updates to a functional OS. Anyway, now that I've gotten that rant out of the way (sorry....) I thought I had read that with the Radius update there would be battery charging and completion indicators (lights) and etc. I charged mine after the updates and there was no change from the way it worked before. I'm hoping I just missed a new menu setting or something. Seem to remember someone saying how nice the new charging indications were.

Hi Guys, Starting to look at a Radius. I read the last few, few pages and get the impression that if I purchase, I will need to upgrade to V20 promptly. Is this the case or are factory ones getting it before the sale?

Also, Anyone know of a discount code coming up? This is a Valentine's day gift.

FWIW ... I took delivery of one from Provape just a couple days before V20 was released. It was at V18, not even V19.

It seems the update deals with the battery meter geting more accurate. Is that current? I have never done an upgrade before and assume that just by plugging it in, the Radius will go to home and search for and download the updates. ???
Download the update at ProVape. Easy peasy, but not automatic.

Most people seem to see more accuracy with the battery meter on v20. Personally, I didn't have the same luck and mine had to go back to ProVape to be repaired.

Okay, thanks.
It is easy.....Download from ProVape as said, install the download, plug the Radius into the computer and follow the instructions that pop up automatically. Probably take longer for the download than anything else. Download the PDF of the manual while you're on ProVape's site.

Just wanted to add, downloads available on PC only, no Mac support as of yet.
