Anyone know what Provapes phone number is? I can't find it anywhere. Google came up with huh.
My Google must be different...

HB beat me to it. Consider adjusting the center pins on your attys.

While I agree in theory, some attys (especially drippers) come with fixed center pins. I'm particularly thinking of my BigBlock 454. It's a great little flavor machine at 30W, and would look really nice on a black Radius. But it's got a longer pin on it so it probably would be a no go for me.

It's a shame that Provari doesn't have spring loaded center pins...

I think they have better...

A more solid connection that does not have a spring to wear out.

And if you need to you can replace the oring that has give and makes it a floating center pin.

Cain't do that with an internal spring.

With the amount of complaining done by those dissatisfied with the "spring carrying the current" in the KF4, I think it's safe to say a spring loaded center pin on a Provari would be a bad idea.

There's a member in the Nicoticket forum we lovingly call Koji who must have 50 eGos. I think they're all loaded with the same flavor- GCD. She buys her juice 500ml at a time.

Note 5!!!
LOL @Kent Brooks you must have a program that searches Nicoticket & GCD for you to pop up out the blue in a Radius thread. How ya been doing?

I also wish every device I bought came with a spring loaded center pin- not all attys fit the same.

Some center pins are not adjustable but one can always jury rig them to adjust. Some are seemingly impossible to adjust.

Remember that scene from Moscow on the Hudson when Robin Williams was sent to the store to pick up some coffee? He gets there and the choices are so overwhelming that he nearly has a breakdown in the store. Coming from Moscow, coffee is coffee. In America, coffee can be many things.
As soon as I read the comment about the bread isle, I was going to this up about that coffee scene in, "Moscow On The Hudson" but you beat me to it, Brother. Glad I read ahead first! :thumb:

People are nuts, but what do I know? There is a brand new olive oil store that just opened near me and they seem to be very busy. OLIVE OIL. A whole store of olive oil.
Yeah, well, I hear exorcisms are big in Canada...

Duane...
If you're crafty enough to make those shims, perhaps you'd be interested in a resolution for the Kayfun-fixed-pin problem, and be done using the shims?

Check this out:
How to close the gap under the Kayfun Lite
(This didn't involve grinding the pin. It was much easier than that!)

As of finishing the steps listed there, I can now use my KFLs on my non-flat cap v2.5's, without having to put a shim of blue painter's tape under my beauty rings.

I had always wondered if I'd get ALL my v2.5's converted, and I did. Except these two...because they have color matching slanty top caps. The black one is an authentic VaporForce Stealth Mini (from before they married into Provape), with matching custom Cerakote'd KFL+v2.
The green one is my original Bronze Mini, which I rescued from an abuser. The coating was in very bad shape. So I tore her down, custom coated her OD Green, matched a KFL+v2...and sent her home to the Mothership for a paid spa treatment (reassembly). While they scolded me for taking her apart (had to clip the wire between cap and board), they also marveled at how awesome she looked in this color combo. (All handled without phone support by the way... :pop: :but not banana popcorn cuz eww: )
I dubbed her the Soldier (cuz she's been through so much, and cuz she's Army green)...I think she makes a great compliment to a Stealth!

Beautiful!

Cool! Thanks! I remember first seeing this in high school after, well, having a good time. My friends and I laughed so hard, we literally fell over out of our chairs laughing and had tears in our eyes. Part of the reason was, we were so patriotic, we got it!

It's a microcosm of what Americans are like. We all think we are more special than what we really are. I'm guessing we could eliminate more than half of the current lineup of the various coffee blends/flavors/varieties and our lives would be no worse off. Bought some cottage cheese today. Large curd, small curd, fat free, 1% milkfat, 2% milkfat, whole milk, house brand, Breakstones brand, Daisy Brand, Friendship brand, 16oz, 8 oz. That's 48 combinations of cottage cheese. It took me 4 minutes to find the one I was looking for. And you know what? Had I grabbed any one of them my life would not have suffered one bit. In fact, it would be better because I would have 3 minutes and 45 seconds of my life back. Cottage freaking cheese!
