any one else experience this when filling volts with this manner?

I don't use the condom method to fill ANY carto...way too messy and wasteful IMHO. Using a syringe is best and fastest...and if you don't use a syringe then just the drip method works best.

Well, it's not really what I would consider "Orange". Now granted, the pic is a bit off in color, but when I picture orange, I think of a bright rich orange color....like what is in the SI logo....or sports jerseys.....IMO the orange would look awesome with a finish like the Red and the pinks....I like that kinda satiny look as opposed to the matte like the yellow.

The good news is that the batt is almost Texas Longhorns Burnt Orange! The bad news is that it really does look like chicken liver...

I've been trying the syringe method -- I bought 3ml syringes + 16 ga needles for cheap at Tractor Supply Co. However, I seem to have a technique problem: although I only load 1ml or less into the syringe, I still get juice running out the bottom (batt end). Is there some "trick" to avoiding this?

that image doesn't seem like a good representation of the color. is this maybe more accurate? I just boosted the exposure a bit and neutralized the color cast.

OK, now THAT I would skip a week of groceries for (can be toned down just a hair) - especially if it's metallic - but please, no copper!

Here, there, everywhere!
Wow. I had to turn the fan on to clear the vapor so I could find my iPad and post. My order from SI and also from my fav juice vendor were both in the mailbox today! I'm a happy girl! Problem is, with the addition of the grape from SI, I now have 5 all day vapes. Lol! My new raspberry battery is now my favorite battery. (shh, i haven't told my metallic red diamond tip, she still thinks she's tops!) I have another SI order coming in a few days, and am probably placing a 3rd order when that arrives.....hi, my name is Mikkie, and I'm addicted to SI.

Welcome Mikkie - let reddie down lightly!

when i use a syringe i keep the cart tilted at a 45 degree angle and fill slow, that usually keeps the liquid in the right place unless i over fill

I've been holding the carto at an angle, but maybe I'm pumping it too fast.
Do you run the needle all the way to the bottom, or do you try and keep the tip higher in the padding?

We must be soul mates...I fell in love with my raspberry batt when it arrived today, but I'm not tellin' my pretty ruby red with the diamond tip! It's ok...I have plenty of vaping luv to go around the color wheel.

To me if you are going to go orange then you need to look no further than this color.Candy orange/Pearl orange metallic .I would Rock one that color like a mad mad.Actually anything Peal i would buy in a heartbeat.Just something about the way a rich pearl color looks and changes shade depending on light makes me drool

Ooooohhh! Yes! I want a battery in THAT color! Right now!

That is a great Copper color....not really the orange I believe the rest of us are thinking, but I would do the Copper batt too;)

Kee, don't make me smack you: That is NOT, repeat, NOT COPPER!!! (Albeit it is a lovely shade of orange!) ;)

As for new colors: YES: METALS! METALS! METALS! :D:D:D And Pearlized White! :D

As for my own personal Grape-off: The results are in: Classic Grape it is!!:):):)

Be sure you're putting the needle between the inner wall of the carto and the padding...I start with the needle all the way to the bottom and push the syringe just a little. Wait a second or two, then pull the needle up to the middle of the carto, and push a little more. These 2 steps get about 80% of the liquid out of the syringe. Then I pull up the needle another small amount and push the rest of the juice into the carto.
Then just for tidiness' sake I pull the syringe completely out of the carto filling while the syringe is fully depressed, and stick the needle into the airhole and pull back on the syringe. This usually gets out any extra juice and keeps the carto from leaking.
Doing this will also stop the "gurgle" sound that means there's liquid in the air tube...
