They are just skinned with shelf paper that I got off of eBay. It's really easy, but if you try this, only attempt it on a chrome/stainless battery - not one with a rubberized coating. It may not fit in the charger otherwise.

i dont draw fast or hard i had 2 bloog batts that dont do this this is my first volt batt that is why i am asking here
Star - from what I saw on the news they must mix a little liquid with the kool aid to make it gooey then form it into balls and fry. Looked pretty gross to me

I have to say I like both my auto and manual batteries. I will say with the Volt I am buying more autos....they work great and are more like the analog experience. With the auto you just have to be extra careful with filling your own carts so you don't get any juice in them.

I like manuals better. I never got the hang of the inhaling technique to get the right hit from autos - it always felt like I was practicing my yoga breathing - then, the hit was always "hit-and-miss," and sometimes I'd feel like I'm about to pass out from all that heavy breathing. I don't like having to think and concentrate on my breathing when I'm vaping. With the manuals, I can just veg out and let the battery do all the work, and I get the perfect hit every time. Seriously - I practically just stick the PV in my mouth and just let the massive amounts of warm, yummy vapor roll in, with hardly any effort at all. Pushing the button really becomes second nature after awhile. I even feel for the button when I'm using autos now! My manuals are all in my cigarette case. My autos are all in a drawer. So yeah, I would suggest trying one...

I think you've convinced me to try one, because I seem to have trouble with the autos I have. I get that hissing, too, as others have recently mentioned, and sometimes, after I've vaped a carto for a while, it seems that I'm getting liquid in my mouth from them. These are all prefilled cartos, so it's not something I did filling them. I first got that liquid feeling from RY4, and just today from 555. It's as if a little liquid gets on my lip, and it's slightly irritating and sweet/sticky. Maybe this wouldn't happen with a manual?
But Im wondering what I'm doing wrong to get this kind of problem. I asked about it a while ago and tried whatever advice I got, but it's the same. I just vape anyway, but I still go to my analogs for satisfaction, and maybe this is partly why.
I have both, and I prefer the autos. To me they just seam to preform better.

the manuals may hit a tad harder and you have much less worry about refilling... that said i still love my autos...i think there is no harm in having both kinds

I have noticed on the 30ml bottles the classic grape does indeed need a bit of steeping...this may be the case with the other flavors as well.... It tastes pretty tart out of the bottle...

That use to me all the time when I first started. Then I realized that I was tipping the pv up a little while I was vaping.

I don't care where you stand as long as it's not on the 555 and RY4 12mg cartos.
those should be leaving china on tuesday and to us by the end of next week....we had to have them reproduced after HK customs got the last order
I'm sorry your having problems with it, I have several of both brands and have never had that with these batteries.
How do they compare, is there any visible differences?
i only use autos-- and i let people try them. they all do the same thing, take this mondo super fast and strong hit--- then cough.
i find if you take a weaker longer pull you get the perfect vapor production with out the loud sound from pulling to hard,
now when i first transitioned from analogs to ecigs i found the smoke/vapor to be much lighter less dense-- forcing me to pull harder to feel satisfied -- making that sound--
now i am adjusted and found the right inhalation.
to sum all my jabber up -- yes i had that sound too and every body who tries my volt makes that sound.. slower longer inhalation is key my young jeti (lol just sounded right there' lol)

Hi. I'm new to the Volt, just got my Pro Starter kit yesterday. OMG! It's even better than all the good things I've been reading about it. I got a sky blue 65 mm and a silver 78 mm manual. Both of them work great. I'm kind of partial to the 65 mm, because the auto is so darn easy and the size is so comfortable to hold. Just wish I'd known how easy the draw is on them, that first one was a humdinger!
I've been looking at the website and trying to decide what colors and sizes to order next. And I should have ordered extra cartos, these are very, very nice. Oh yeah, have to add I love the PCC too. It's elegant.

JB...just wanted to check in with you...we have storms moving through, hope you didn't get them first it's the last thing you need. Speaking of storms...I probably should shut down the pc for the night just to be safe. Everyone have a great evening....
Happens with manuals too, occasionally, but I think it's just from hitting it too frequently - you just need to slooooow down on that thing! Angle doesn't seem to matter with me. I vape in bed with my PV practically vertical, and I don't get that juice drip. Only when I vape too fast (one hit after another, no stopping in between).
If you "can't get no satisfaction" from your PV, you might think about upping your nic too. I did some calcs before I started to get my ideal strength and haven't touched an analog since I got my first starter kit. The 1 1/2 packs of smokes I had left are still sitting in the freezer (eww, from May).
