Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream? Sounds good to me!

That's what it tastes like. I let it sit for awhile and am now getting a hint of chocolate. I told myself that I would place my next order next month, so I'm glad that next month is just around the corner. ;) Definitely getting the mint juice.

My order has shipped according to the email I just got. I'm looking forward to it. I'm over these disposable Blu Cigs. I'm hoping tge volt is a world of differance.

It is. Blu was my first e-cig. While it helped me quit the analogs, I was disappointed with the virtual lack of vapor and the medicinal quality of their juices. Volt is 1000% better, IMO.

Hey Guys,
Just wanted to report that I've just run into my 5th or 6th cartomizer dud or fail. It seems that the coil wires are breaking, either when I put the cartomizers on the batteries or take them off. Please note, that I am not an ogre when I use my volt. I'm VERY careful when I use it. I found that if I don't screw on the cartomizer all the way or even screw it in until it just makes contact, then the cartos seem to last longer. I just noticed that if I allow that little metal plug to spin around at all, then the wires will snap. I don't sit there and vape a cart all the way down. I like to switch flavors a lot... Maybe that's the problem. I mean... these things are in fact disposable, but I just wish they were a little tougher than that.
This has only happened to a handful of them, but so far... I'm @ about a 25% fail rate. I've used 20 cartomizers and 5 of them failed. 2 of those failed within the 1st fill. :(
I'm glad I bought 50 of them, but at this rate, I'll be back to buy more sooner than I thought.

Wish I could offer some advice but I've never had a single bad carto from SI and I'm not gentle with them... I screw them on tight and swap them regularly. I'm still using cartos from my first order over two months ago....
Only recommendation I've got is, in my experience, it's just easier to get a few more batteries than to swap cartos all the time.
Best of luck.

Thanks, Lax. I'm glad to see that I'm not crazy, but just have bad luck. :}
My GF and I are rotating between 4 batteries, a pass-through and 8 cartos each. So 16 cartomizers are floating around all the time.
BTW... Does anyone know if keeping cartos filled and not using them for days at a time is bad? I rotate through 8 different flavors, but I don't always go through my whole set in one day.
Random Thought: I think I want a manual battery for at home and in the office. I don't wanna have to worry about any leaky or overfilled cartomizers. I know they don't really leak, unless you overfill them, but I get super paranoid and check everyonce in a while...
Hm... maybe that's another factor of me wearing them out. I dunno...

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that - I haven't had the same experience at all. Of the around 20 cartos I've gotten, not a single failure. I snug them down, but not tight - finger tight, I guess you'd call it. Bad batch?

Agreed - I like a WIDE variety of flavors and have ten going all of the time. Each with their own battery. It sounds like a lot of hassle, but it's easier than swapping all the time. :2c:

Oh, and mine are screwed on tightly as well. Never had one rotate or spin.

A variety of flavors prevents "flavor burnout" and kept me off of the analogs. I've never had a problem with nicquids in cartos for days at a time. Now - If you kept them in a hot car or sumthin', that could be a different story.

Yeah, probably just my luck, or lack there of. Although, I can imagine that a handful of bad ones slip through the cracks, especially when these things are flying off the shelves faster than they can be made. It seems like every other time I check the site... Something is sold out.
Special Note: I did notice that some of my new "blanks" came with the silica tube positioned off center (if you're looking into the cartomizer from the filling end). Some were even almost pressed to one side. My other prefilled cartos were more or less dead center. This doesn't necessarily mean anything... Just thought I'd mention it while I was at it.

I found a batt and carto under my bed yestarday.... must have been there at least 2 months.. puffed on it.. tasted the same lots of vapor lol.... now mind you although they can go for a long time out of the pack...I would recommend keeping them in tupperware ...not only to prolong the life of the juice in side...but so keep them clean and sanitary.

I have done this on purpose and even removed the plug and put it back and the carto still fired.... I really think there may be something else at play...that's why I keep asking about it... does it happen on all your batteries?

Just to be clear... The part that I think is spinning, is the small metal plug that sits inside a silicone bushing inside the threading. Not the thread housing itself.

They have been ok. Kept me off analogs. They made me feel funny at first "stomach pains/ bubbly belly. Now I'm used to them but they don't seem to last me as long lol.

Actually, the physical symptoms that you described may be due to analog withdrawal rather than the Blu's. I had stomach and kidney cramps and a pain in my breastbone for a week or two after dropping the analogs.
