Oh no!! That's a shame! Well, a manual will come close. I actually LAUNDERED a manual battery and it fired right up.

I have a couple of manuals but don't use them much. To bad it was my new one and not one of them.
All the Fall things that are being posted makes me miss it more.
Now I have to choose between the bottle of mint and replacing that battery.
Oh, how I hate a budget:glare:

lol, there is no way I could ever use it again, 8-o I would always be thinking of where its been.

Just as a FYI: Well - instead of thowing it away . . . If it can be cleaned and is still usable . . . :)

There might be someone who could use it and wouldn't mind taking it off your hands . . .

You could check with the ECF PIF people Pay It Forward - PIF and you could possibly have it put in a PIF TC here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...pif-group-treasure-chest-revised-edition.html

It's just a thought (Hate to see good things going to waste). . . ;)

My, kit is here............ I do have a question. I read the instructions it says to charge the battery. Battery led should blink till charged. If I screw it in slightly firm but not tight theres no blink & the button on theusb is lite up red. If I back it out just a little the red button turns blue & the led on the battery gives 3 quick blinks but that is all. Both black batteries have dont this. However my silver battery the led remains blue the entire time insteaad of blinking. Whats up? Coule the batteries already be fully charged?

Okie Dokie--- Puff around on the 1st battery till it died. Its on the charger now all lit up on the tip & charging properly. Thats a relief. Now Im about to leave & go eat some hot wings & have some Long Island Teas. Will it be safe on the charger for a few hours or ar ethese things prone to burst into flames & only be charged under supervision?

I'm only asking because I do not know.

Also 1 other quick question. Im sure it didnt have a full charge anyway but, how long should I expect a battery to last? Just trying to decide if I should carry all 3 to work with me tomorrow.

All good q's.
My 65mm batts last me about 2-3 hrs of "moderate/heavy vaping". I take long, slow drags (~5-7 sec) semi-frequently for about 10-15min at a time. I have yet to have a fresh battery die on me while the other battery is charging. The charging battery always finishes first for me.
I leave my batteries on the charger over night sometimes... It just turns off and isn't hot or anything when I wake up in the morning. You should be fine.

I'm with ya Uncle, some people's trash is another's treasure...and with that in mind, if anyone has dead vaping gear that they are thinking of throwing away send me a PM with what you'd like to make disappear. Especially dead batteries, tho I'd love it if they hadn't been in the toilet ;) I'm trying my hand at making some mods and might be able to use the dead or broken stuff you have laying around, especially batteries. I'd be willing to paypal something to cover shipping.

And I'm digging the Halloween/Fall motif around here  But I'm not giving up on summer just yet :p

That same thing almost happened to my beloved Orange Battery. Whew!
It fell on the floor instead, and I almost had a heart attack.
I was cleaning my bathroom, laid my orange battery on the sink then when I turned around my arm sent it flying right in to the toilet! :( That's the 2nd battery I've ruined from dropping it in water.
Think I need one that's water proof

Awesome, thank you for the reply. 1 last question then no more till tomorrow--lol. How do you tell when the carto is spent-- I mean time to replace? Do they last longer generally than the batteries do flavor wise? All I have is the sampler packs with no liquid to refill them at this time.

Uh huh, with any luck it will taste like a chocolate covered cherry. Yum! I want to try just a drop or two of chocolate in some of the tobacco flavors I have that I don't like that well and see if it makes them taste good. Chocolate was already on the list for my next order. If I keep adding on I may have to mortgage the house......just kidding!

Oh, I know! The more I try, the more I want to order.

Thats a bummer. LMK when you place another order & if I have any extra cash I cover atleast half of a new battery for you. Trust me I understand budgets.. I have 3 daughters myself & 2 in competition dance.

It's done when you start to get a burnt taste when you take a drag. One cart will usually last me all day, unless I'm chain vaping.

Again... this varies with everyone. If you have nothing to fill them with, they should last you 2-3 hours of moderate vaping, then the flavor with probably change and your vapor production will start to drop. If you're tasting "burnt" vapor... That probably means that you are either vaping too frequently and the atty is heating up too much, too fast, or you are running your cartomizer dry, which I don't recommend. At that point you should probably replace the cartomizer. You can try rinsing or cleaning... but that burnt taste may never go away. Plus... They're fairly cheap. The good thing is these things vape really well to the end. There isn't much of a tapering effect.
I do recommend you pick up some juice soon as it doesn't matter what unit you have... Juice is pretty much universal.

Edit: When I say "2-3 hrs"... I don't mean actual time... I mean actual usage time. So 2-3 hrs could be all day and some for you. When I first got my kit, I tested it and did some dedicated vaping sessions... That's the average that I got.

For shame! You did that on purpose!! Gave us all a jolt!:laugh::laugh:

I did too. And when you said you were in a "fowl mood", I just figured you were misspelling "foul" - Not that you would be smoking chicken!

Ditto here, Rave!:blush::blush::blush:

Oh, and, um, Uncle????? Clowns are scary.8-o
