As a poster in another thread stated, the best possible news we could get would be that the President has kicked his smoking habit by switching to an e-cig, and you'd better believe the White House docs would be all over that. WE could make that happen, WE could bring it to their attention.....

Oh, man, that's a steal! They're perfectly fine the old way too, and a lot better than the other ones out there (not that I like autos). I hope you guys are advertising it on a banner or something, for potential volties that have been on the fence.

Due to the mostly very positive responses on the sealed autos we have decided to put the regular autos on sale to make way for more sealed autos

Bummer, Star. USPS is really sucking right now. I hope they work out their kinks soon...but I think we're gonna have to get used to this new sucky turnaround time from now on...sad.I am so bummed! Ordered cartos on Tues thinking I'd have them Friday, or Saturday at worse, but they didn't arrive. And with there being no mail on Monday.... Gloom, despair and misery on me!

Imagine, I just want to compliment SI for their quick attention to my problem. My new sealed auto came on Thurs., the 6th late in the afternoon. I really, really like the battery and it worked great. Till I went to charge it that evening and found out that the led wasn't working. Sent an email to CS and about an hour and a half later got an answer, apologizing and advising me a new batt would be sent to me.
On Friday, the 7th I got an email that the batt had shipped. During all this I emailed back and forth with some questions because I had never returned any ecig products to anyone before. Each email was answered quickly and we even joked around a little about the shipping charge, which isn't really charged to me. I was told to ignore it and I loved that. What fun to be able to ignore what I thought was a bill...lol
Toni answered my first email and then Rob took over. Must have been a shift change. I appreciate that not only was the problem dealt with so quickly, but that the conversations were so friendly. It's a pleasure dealing with a company that has such good products and good customer relations too.

Help me decide. I want to get some of the auto batteries that are on sale. I've made up my mind except for the green batt. The LED comes in white or green. I just heard how cool the green LED is, so I'm tempted to get that, but how does green on green look? Would the white be more striking?
I don't have a green batt with a white LED, so I can't compare. But the green on green is really nice. The LED is lighter in color, which compliments the battery.

Get the green. The white is so dim in comparison. Trust me you'll like it. Shoot get both at 9.95 you can't go wrong & you can never have to many batteries.
I have greens with both colors and I like them both - green with green are my spouse's; green with white are mine, it's how we tell them apart!
I believe that is what it means...
But does this mean you won't be carrying the manuals anymore?
