Think this might work out for me. On my second day with the Volt haven't had a analog yet did have some cravings but just tried to work through them. Just ordered some Ry4 carts along with blanks and a sampler pack from the vapor room. Excited to try sum crazy flavors.
Thanks Imagine for the offer on sending me the box don't think i will need it, i purchased your volt cases and that hold all my stuff just fine

Bravo! My experience was like Rave's - I will do anything to avoid the burning of tobacco - pop a Snus if needed.

Talking of flavours, i would be curious to know about all your guys TOP flavour out of the SI flavours?
I noticed a couple people mentioned theirs just wondering about the rest of ya!

mine is cappacino

*with an honerable mention to rye 4

Desert Joe... #1 Si hands down.
555.......... Alternate I enjoy often
Cowboy....... Occasional. Used to be in the top two but my taste buds change once in a while.

As long as I vape these three my cartos last a looooong time, sometimes weeks. I like a sweeter RY4 than SI's though. I order from another vendor who has a few sweeter tobacco juices I really like. Found them when SI was having a shortage of my fav in my strength. They're a higher VG content as well as not as clear, from flavorings, so cartos don't last nearly as long but I do enjoy them so I sacrifice a few cartos.

So I have the auto sealed battery and noticed inside the ring around the middle covered seal is kinda dark and wanted to clean it. What is the best way to clean them? Its quite a tight fit around the edge compared to the other KR808d's I used. Just want to make sure I clean them properly.

Love, for myself, I have a stash of cheap q-tips from Walmart and alcohol wipes for cleaning mine. When I fill/refill cartos, I swab the carto end that fits into the batt. I am obsessive about keeping juice out of the batt, so I swab and swab again. I fold the little alcohol wipe and clean all the grooves on the batt and carto. Seems to work great so far.

WuzzntMe told us about a good way. Get a box of alcohol prep pads, they come 100 in a box. Wrap one around a toothpick and run the toothpick around in that space. I tried it and it works great. The alcohol pads I bought are called Alcohol Swabs.

THAT'S where I got the idea. Thanks, WuzzntMe. I knew I read that somewhere, but couldn't remember who said it.

Hey Everybody!

Just checking in. Thank you, everyone, for the flavor suggestions. My hubs is doing much better, vaping about 50% more (which means 50% LESS analogs!) than he was before the Volt shipment. He's really enjoying the Ice Menthol. Using the Menthol Burst as a backup and ignoring the cappuccino. LOL I've made an order of a bunch of samples of nicquids from want2vape and Vermillion River and they should be in soon. I got a bunch of different foody flavors, plus pipe tobacco blends, different coffee options and a few different menthols. He is completely uninterested in fruity flavors. It should be fun, watching him try all the flavors. I've decided to just hand him a color-coded carto, without telling him what flavor he's trying. I honestly think he would have liked the cappuccino better if he hadn't had a pre-concieved notion on what it was "supposed" to taste like, ya know? He's agreed to this plan, so we're going to give it a try, once the nicquids get here. Wish us luck! :) He LOVES the Volt automatic, sealed-battery system. He says it feels "much more natural" to him. I'm over the moon. I plan to make another SI order soon and get some RY4 cartos.

Speaking of color-coding... Imagine, you mentioned a new set of end caps. We you talking mouth end, or LED end? I have the set of 5, but I'd love another set, to round it out to 10 different colors. LOL When will those be in?

On the subject of pets, Rave, I'm so excited to hear of your obvious education on dog training! You've got quite a lot of dog there and you really have a handle on it. Thank you so much for rescuing her!!! We've had rescue animals all our lives and used to run a deaf-dog rescue. Someone mentioned a while back (and I don't remember who and can't find it, dang it!) that they used to have a deaf Great Dane. How cool! We've had two deaf Danes over the years and I miss them with my whole heart. Great dogs. Obviously, with the rescue, we've had many deaf dogs and a number of hearing dogs too. Right now, we have zero dogs and it feels so odd. After our last old lady died, we decided "no more heartbeats" until we knew what the situation with Rob's cancer was going to be. So, we have two cats and four parrots and that will be it for a long while. I envy those of you with dogs. I feel like I'm missing an arm. LOL :D

On the subject of Maryland - Rob and I are Maryland brats too. Both of us grew up in Montgomery County, MD, but we were both born in DC and currently live here. This area really does have the most amazing crab cakes. Now I'm hungry!

Yay, Barb!! I'm celebrating with you. Good for your DH.

I have discovered that I am not going to be able to use PG juice. I had suspected this earlier, but I had a cold and I take antihistamines daily for allergies, so I blamed my discomfort on that.

Tuesday night before bed, I was chain vaping some delicious PB Cup from Blue Mist. I awoke in the middle of the night with coughing spasms like you have with analogs. Yesterday I vaped only PG free and no coughing. The PG juice was zero nic, so it had to be the 80% PG in it. I have a bunch of small bottles of juice from Blue Mist and Copper Creek and an almost full 30 ml bottle of PB Cup that I am not going to be able to use. Bummer

Is anyone else unable to use PG?

I've had this problem with itchy skin for months now and wonder if it's from the PG. It's not a big enough problem for me to warrant switching to VG juices, though.

Deb, Gold Bond medicated lotion (Walmart has the Equate brand for less $$ that works just as well) is great for itchy/dry skin. The smell kind of puts me off, but it doesn't last long. My DD had a reaction to meds that made her break out and itch. I gave her some Gold Bond and she said it helped.

The Gold Bond is really good stuff. I once bought some "itch relief" when I had gotten into some poison ivy. It came in a little bottle that you sprayed on. It worked wonders! :)

Hi everyone and welcome to all the new volites waving smiley-1.gif I'm doing a rush fly by 'casue I'm so far behind here.

rave, I love hearing about Lexi's adventures. What do you think about a new avatar pic everyday? :D

Barb, I'm so happy to hear how well your husband is doing!

lilac, I'm just the opposite, VG juice makes me feel conjested, some more than others.

Fav niquid: Freedom, Desert Joe, Cowboy and Cherry added to one of the tobacco flavors. Vanilla - +1 on yuk. But, I haven't liked any vanilla type flavors.
