So if it's unplugged and you hit the button no lights come on? Not being a butthead since I did .... myself.. but is the battery in the charger correctly?

lol just saw your response.. would of responded earlier but my boss was over here... lol

absolutely no light on whatsoever unless its plugged up and then its only blue. Never goes to red no matter how many times I push the button. If its not plugged in there is no light at all.

Mornin' Fellow Volties!!

Mornin Rave. I keep my gun, flashlight, cell phone in my shoes by the bedside. Never know when the Zombies are comming. The rest of the day all three of these are on my person unless I go to the P.O.. I refuse to be a victim. The 12ga with an attached tactical flashlight is standing within reach of my bed in case the Wolfdog alerts. They interviewed a bunch of burglars once and most agreed their worst nightmare is an armed homeowner, especially here in the Gunshine State. They would all love to see more gun control to make their job easier and less risky and stated they were going to have guns anyway, legal or not. LE will just try to arrest them. A homeowner will probably just shoot them. They also agreed the most intimidating sound in the world is the sound of a 12ga pump shotgun racking. Only God can judge them but if they come in on me or my family I may help arrange that meeting.

I'm a huge believer in a big, barrel chested dog with a very loud voice too Rave. We have a dog that is exactly that. Although he loves his little kitty and lets her do whatever she wants to him (pull his ears, bite those hanging, slobbery lips, etc) he would eat an intruder and leave no bones for the forensic team. I LOVE big dogs!!! Hear my roar!!!

Okay Uncle - Just to prove that "it really happened" with photographic evidence, here's Lexi on her mornin' walk to put mail in the mailbox. She's still getting used to the backpack so I don't trust her without the leash yet.

I had the battery in wrong. The gold connectors were not touching. I am really not this ditzy!! I promise. LOL

Now it appears the case AND my volt are charging.

Imagine, feel free to delete these posts if you feel it necessary. LOL

The reason this is so funny to me is because I can really relate. Those ditzy moments are endearingly human.

LOL.. I never have to get up to get mine.. got mine under my bed lol.. and if that's not enough I just go to the safe in my room and grab my 12 gauge or my ak47 lol

That's where he normally keeps this one too but his gal was here for the weekend and they went target shooting, then left his 45 upstairs. He's got enough additional firepower to hold off the zombie apocolypse!

Okay - Be it 12/20/2012, Any Apocolypse, or just the A"End of World" as "We" know it . . . You both need to know I will be at one or the others house (most likly Rave's, since she is already building that extra room) ASAP . . . So if it is dark - or You hear anything strange - Don't Shoot ME . . .

Actually - almost everyone says it is the 21st . . .

I'm just not taking any chances . . . I want to have a plan to be some where that I think I will be a little safer than wherever this is going to be happening, even if it is just in my own head/mind . . .

AND - Now that I know "Wuzz" is also prepared (and knows how to bake bread too) and he is just a little closer to me - he needs to know I might be there too . . . HEY - "WUZZ" - DON"T SHOOT "ME" IF I SHOW UP AT YOUR DOOR . . .

EDIT: Just as an FYI: We don't know if it is going to be an Aplocalypse - all we do know is their calendar ends on that date and Iam more concerned about people's reactions that day - than the calendar actually stopping )

People keep saying that.. and I thought that as well.. but most of the time.. if you .... the shotty from a closed door you can't even make out the sound.. and chances are if you are close enough to hear it.. they already may have the drop on you. If I hear something I'm locked and loaded and have a nice little laser/light on my .45 to make it even easier
