Thanks SteelJan. Hoping Imagine will come along with an answer so I can order. Gotta have some of those pink batts, lol. BTW, your review is what made me take a close look at the Volt. I have several mods, but I'm looking for something "small" for out and about, so thanks for the great job. I retired all my 808 stuff several months ago, but your review of the Volt has made me reconsider.

Thanks. I don't think you're old enough to remember this slogan but as we used to say -- This ain't your father's Oldsmobile. Well, the Volt certainly isn't the pre-2011 808. I wish there was a way we could get every vaper to try a Volt for a day, no matter what mods or pv's they currently love. This thing really surprised me.

your chargers should work yes :) their light indications may not work 100% properly, but the advanced VOLT battery LED will tell you when it is charged. The LED on the batt will remain lit until it is fully charged...then it will go out.... at that time it will no longer accept a charge...so you will not have to worry about over charging.

I can confirm this. I have V4L chargers and batteries, Bloog chargers and batteries, and Volt batteries. The Volt batteries work perfectly in the mini pcc from Bloog, as one would suspect; and the Volt batteries work exactly as Imagine described in my V4L pcc and with their wall charger.

I totally agree with you. Many experienced vapors who tried 808's in the past just think these things are for starters...which is crazy. I gave up my 510's, RIVAs, and EGOs and NOW I am finally satisfied. I was buying every form of 510 atty/cartos/tanks on the market looking for that perfect vape...the VOLT series of products gave it to me. Thanks Smokeless Image!!!

In case Imagine doesn't know right now, I'll be putting this to the test shortly. After my Volt review video, I got a slew of pm's challenging me that every currently made KR808D product is exactly the same as the Volt/MaxxFusion. Well, I'm going to find out, am getting in a bunch of brand new KR808D stuff from various vendors to test. That includes chargers and pccs. But I'll tell you already, it was incredibly difficult to find vendors who charge less than or equal to SmokelessImage (price + shipping).

Not every KR808D is like the Volt/Maxxfusion. That is false. There are others like it, however. The voltage is the main difference. The Volt, Maxxfuision (and a few others) put out a steady 3.6v. Other models (like the Vapor King) will come off the charger at 4.2v and steadily decline until they are depleted. This makes a big difference when using a horizontal coil carto like the Volt and Maxxfusion (and why wouldn't you? they're just so much better). The steady 3.6v performs beautifully while 4.2v can be too much (depending on the ohm rating of the particular carto being used) and give you a burnt juice taste.

car charger is up on the site... we are just going to finish a thorough testing of the car chargers and the PT before we enter in the new descriptions.

Auto-parts now?

Your shop is really expanding.

I need some spark plugs, shop towels and an air filter.

Are you stocking these soon?

Hi Memphis and welcome to the vaping world! congrats on your 4 days!!

The cartos with the hard end caps were our original cartos for sale (they are not for sale on the site right now, but will be soon on a separate page). The internal structure of both the soft and hard end cap cartos are EXACTLY the SAME. the only difference between the 2 were the juice/e-liquid used to fill them....and the "cap" piece at the end of the carto you put your mouth on ....which is not either better or worse just a preference...the soft ones just make them easier to refill so we have decided to only carry those once the hard cap ones run out....

The new juice in the soft cartos will also be the juice we use going forward.

The hard ones will be for sale soon as I said on a separate page, but once they run out we will no longer carry them.

Please forgive my ignorance (I'm only a 4 day old vaper), but what is the difference between hard and soft end caps on cartos? Is one better than the other? Why?

OK for the record....

2) any order placed for a PT (passthru) will be the new regulated 3.6 volt passthru :)

Hey guys, probably a dumb question, but how do you recommend I refill these new carts. The "ecigs-brand" I'm using now has cartomizers so I take the hard cap off and drip like 25 drops in then blow out from the battery end and wipe, let it sit, and call it a day (t's a 501, idk if that makes a difference).

I'd like to try dogsbody's cap method, but I'm not sure if it'll mess things up.

On another note, I just managed to spend 80 bucks at backwoods brewery for liquid- ry4, malty toffee, cola, vanilla, and honey flu. Got 30ml of each. I figured, go big or go home.. I got half 12mg half 6.. How long should this last me in a volt? How much should I put in? Do you just swap a cart usually when you change the batt?

Thanks. My volt comes tomorrow.

I am using BWB in my carts, they just perform beautifully together. I used the dogsbody fill method the first time and totally overfilled it ( i actually have a bag with 5 overfilled carts I'm not sure how to deal with yet lmao thank goodness I bought in bulk), so I have just been dripping into the fill and having no trouble. It might be worth noting that most of my overfill issues have been with very dark, coffee flavored juices so with those I'm going no more than 18 or 20 drops on a new fill just to be safe. You will love your BWB, just remember it changes with time, my Dulce de Leche is a little different every day I try it. The quality of that stuff is unreal, and in the Volt cartos it gave me my breakthrough week, I really am not struggling with cravings for cigs anymore.

I was topping off too soon at first I found, you really do get something of a "burnt juice" taste that really lets you know it's time to top off. I top off something I'm really enjoying and using a lot of about 2 or 3 times a day.

And welcome! You are gonna love your Volt I predict!

Ha! me too, so glad to be done with the looking-for-juice phase!
I've got one right now labeled "vanilla blend" that tastes just like shop towels.

speaking of which, I got my custom creations that I made at Gourmet Vapor today and they both ROCK! I can't believe it, I thought that was 10 bucks down the crapper.

When I overfill a VOLT carto, I handle it the same way that I handle any other overfilled carto. It should be off of the battery already. Then blow into the cartomizer into the battery end while holding a paper towel or tissue on the other end. I know, it's a waste of juice, but better than wasting the carto AND the juice!
