ok to answer the price question:

It was kind of backwards thinking....They didn't set the blanks price based off of the prefilleds but the other way around they based the prefillds price off the blanks....

It seems most places set a competitive price for the prefilleds then drop about a $1 for the blanks... in this case SI set a competitive price for the blanks....then decided to offer the prefilleds for the same price...in their thinking....you are actually getting the prefilled juice for free......

This was done because the factory's prices are primarily the same blank or filled...as the cost is more in the production of the carto unit and not the 1ml of juice inside...

SI felt this was a fun fair way to just get some free juice out of the deal....

I try not to look "over there" because it makes me sad to Smokeless Image's future customers still shelling out loads of scratch and getting an inconsistent service experience.....

These colors are exclusive to us! They have the rubber finish and they will be in this shipment in 65mm ....they will both have white LED's

They will be available in the 78mm auto/manuals in about 3 weeks.

A piece of advice for first-time buyers (from one):

Don't buy batteries the same color as your pen!

(Pens are hard to draw and produce no vapor, but the TH is high if you swallow some ink. Take it from someone who knows... )
