they are more of a matte finish...but i haven't seen them personally yet in person...so I will confirm when they arrive :)

I can't tell from the picture of the new battery colors whether they are a matte finish or have a metallic sheen like the pink?

Yeah that's the one I have but with the vinyl smelly cover. I tried the one like yours first (hard clear cover) but it wouldn't take a charge so I exchanged it. I like what it holds but think it's a little bulky for everyday use. I'll take it on a trip but still would like one that is flatter - iPhone size.

I really like my 2 battery/6 carto PCC. It has a hard plastic cover instead of the vinyl, making it slightly thinner overall and completely odorless. :D It's a must have for someone like myself who always has 2 Volts going with 2 flavors at any one time. ;)

if you leave the carto condoms on them, just skip the ziploc and put them in your pocket. there's also little cases for camera cards and such that hold a few carto's that you can just put on your keyring.

Personally I carry my vaping supplies to work in a redneck briefcase

I'm just looking for a way to carry a few cartos with me so I could have more than one flavor on hand. not really interested in a PCC per se. Any ideas guys?

You might try looking for a plastic case designed to carry four AAA batteries. AAA batts are close to the same diameter as 808 cartomizers. If you have trouble finding one for AAA's you can use one made for AAs but they're going to rattle a bit.

There are plenty of carrying cases you can find if you don't need it to charge too. Since I don't see any on SI's site look at the other popular vendors of kr808s -- the vaping products won't be the same (not as good IMHO) but the case can be used. Holds 2 bats & 4 cartos.

(trying my best to be helpful without advertising other vendor names in this forum - kinda hard)

Since this place doesn't deal in e-cigs, I think it's ok for me to post it. It's one of the few places that have cases made specifically for AAA batteries:

Tenergy 80046 Battery Case for Four AAA batteries

ohh that does look handy! thank you! do u kno if radio shack or a walmart would carry those? and sorry imagine for sorta threadjacking here lol. it's kind of related to our volt!

I'm vaping my new Volt 78mm battery right now and LOVING it!! I'm trying to test this thing so I can make an honest video review on it (and compare it to a competitor's battery, eh-hem), but the darned battery lasts so long, and then takes so long to charge, that I'm going to be grey-headed, oops scratch that, the dye will wear out of my white hair before I can get 'er done!! Looking like 4 hours of chain vaping time, a little over 3 hours to charge.

Got packs of both flavor varieties, am dying to try them, but want to do it on camera. Argh!!

Also adore my new pink shortie... oh man, SmokelessImage is definitely a grown-up's vaping candy store. Yee-hawwww!!!

Thank you SmokelessImage!!!!!
