Hi ultra,

Free shipping is only for the US, but we do ship internationally...sorry for any confusion...are shipping prices should be very reasonable though. I hope you understand.

We have our eye on a few PCC ideas nothing set in stone yet.

The pro kit does not come with any other way to charge other then the case. You can charge the ecig while the PCC is charging....it will just take the PCC itself a little longer to fully charge.

A couple of questions...

On the top banner on your website, it says "SHIPS FREE $55+" but I have over that amount (after discounts) in my cart and the shipping is still being added. I am located in Australia, but I can't find anywhere on the site that says this is US only, so I'm wondering what the deal is here, is it false advertising or a website glitch? Don't get me wrong, I'm incredibly appreciative that you offer affordable international shipping (unlike some of your competitors who are blatantly ripping us off!) but I am still curious, and it would change my order so I thought I would ask first.

Secondly, is there any plan to expand the range of PCCs to something that holds more cartos? (I'm thinking the cigarette pack style that holds ~6 cartos and 1 or 2 batteries) If this first order works out I'm planning on converting my mother and I know that a pack style PCC would be a lot easier to convince her with, heh.

Finally, I'm thinking getting the Volt Pro Starter kit. It doesn't seem to include a USB battery charger, so I'm assuming that if the PCC is plugged in with a battery inside as well, that the PCC unit and ecig battery will both charge at the same time? Seems logical, but thought I should check before ordering.

I will mention to add that info to our site....our business hours are M-sat 10am-6pm EST
I found another glitch on the website. I clicked on Customer Service, trying to find what your hours are. I assume you're not open around the clock, and I'd like to phone to talk to a real person to straighten out something in the order I placed last night (actually early this morning). So I went to the customer service page, and then it says, "Customer service, click here." When I did, it took me back to the home page. And it'd be nice if you posted your store hours somewhere on that page near the address & phone number. If they appeared somewhere on the site, I didn't immediately find them.

Thanks for the speedy replies, I appreciate it. :) (also happy birthday!)

With regards to the free shipping offer, I'd suggest adding the US only condition to 'shipping terms' section, along with any other information that might be different for international orders.

Now, my only problem is deciding which colour batteries to get....lol.

????????????

Sorry 'bout that! Geek humor. I'll 'splain.

I do not believe that these manual batteries have a cut off time as do the auto batteries. If I'm correct, "cut off" time is determined solely by how long you hold the button down and/or when the battery itself runs down.

I did some calculations a couple of weeks ago that indicated that a 3.7VDC, 280mah battery with a 2.7 ohm load would run continuously for a bit over 14 minutes (this was back-of-the-napkin stuff so might be off by a bit).

So, for a freshly charged manual battery with no internal cut off the maximum cut-off time would be right around the time the battery died, or ~14 minutes.

But I admit that I may be wrong and these manuals may have an additional cut off time. If so I am sure someone in the know will pipe up shortly. :)
