yes that would be my guess ...and men lean heavy toward the black and silver... and they are half the customers... a bit of both :)
Yay on the green! 100 to 1? Really?! I guess it's because so many folks are switching with this, and may not wish to be conspicuous.

I've been vaping for a loooong time, and really don't want for it to look like a cigarette. On the other hand, I don't want for it to look like a drug device either.

That reminds me of a comment GrimmGreen made in one of his videos referring to one of his larger HV mods when he said people look at it and say "is that some kind of tool you use to change your tires"!!

I hope it's OK that I haven't read most of the first 2400(!) postings in this thread. My order of a couple boxes of blank Volt cartos came in a couple days ago, so I'm on day 2 of testing one out on my 5V box mod. I've been using Premium 808 cartos for some time, but just lately have experienced more first or second-day "burn-itis" than before. (Maybe a bad shipment, or maybe some subtle change in some factor in my own use? Whatever...) My interest in the Volt cartos was piqued by SteelJan's mention in her video that they don't seem to burn.

So far, so good. I am noticing that the draw is fairly tight. Actually, I prefer that and for that reason use 808 cartos with an adapter to 510 power. I find that the adapter tightens the draw to a more cigarette-like feel, as compared to the airiness of a straight 808 setup. I am a little concerned, though, that the tightness of the draw seems to have increased a bit from the first day to the second, and hope that clogging is not going to be an issue.

All of this makes me at least a bit curious about the whole Volt auto-battery thing, maybe as something to recommend to my still-smoking friends. Do those of you who use it find the draw more comparable to a regular cigarette than an 808 is?

The Volt is pretty much my first experience with e-cigs, except for some disposables I ordered first, just to give it a try. They were 501s. Neither feels like a cigarette to me. In fact, there's something missing that makes me still go to cigarettes when vaping's not enough. Someone here suggested it's the MAOIs, and I think that's exactly what it is. Obviously, we cigarette smokers are not missing the nicotine. It has to be something else. Even so, if I vape until I absolutely have to smoke, I consume less cigarettes. Besides, all the flavors are interesting, and I'm sort of into it as a whole separate thing from smoking, which is more a necessity than an enjoyment. I know a lot of people here and elsewhere have found it to be a replacement for cigarettes, but from this long-time smoker's view, it just isn't the same.

I've been a pretty busy guy over the spring and summer months, so I have mostly just been lurking in the corners.

I do have to say though . . . it's very nice to see a new supplier come and be so interactive with the community! Everyday and the interaction hasn't faded!

Thanks for being a stand-up supplier Imagine!

Yes, we all really appreciate Imagine. Let's have a round of applause for her involvement with this forum. She's great!

i definitely agree...if it were just the nicotine...patches and gums would have created no need for snus and ecigs and etc etc... there are mental issues...physical addiction issues..set in our ways issues... rebellious issues...dependent issues...etc .. we each have our own journey with cigarettes and vaping and quitting and addiciton entirely

and thank you

I cannot say enough how much I love this company. I've used many models and decided after some experimenting that a cigarette type ecig was for me. So, bloog it was. After issues with customer svc, I tried smokeless image. Their prices, for exactly the same products, are unbeatable. But moreover, their customer service is what sold me. 90% of the time I'm on their site there is someone to live chat with who is always professional. Anyway, today I decided I'm done with anything but this company so I ordered more batteries, cartos and the " mega battery charging case" as the other PCC is well, cheap and sucks. :). So I'm excited to get it tomorrow and report back. I can't find a single review online!

Imagine - If you have any trouble convincing management about adding colors, there's a good argument in favor of it. Another well-known supplier gets some of my business on his color assortment alone. It isn't just a chick thang either. Some people (myself included) have 8 or more of these things each loaded with different flavors going at a time, and identifiable at a glance (even by an old fart like me) by battery color. And each battery has to have a back-up battery for use while the other is charging.

I was thinking that, too, that the batts would match the new, colorful caps. I just filled my silver batt with a grape carto, and my blue batt with RY4. I thought of switching them because blue seems more grape-like than silver. It just happened the way it happened, but if the blue batt is grape, it'll be easier to remember which has which. Just switched them for ease of ID.

PINK PINK PINK

Ok well baddish news... the Pink 78mm's auto & manuals that came in are off color :(... they do not match the current 65mm pinks...therefore we will be replacing them... they will be moved and reclassified on the site as Fuchsia (for a limited release..until we sell out...so the TRUE pink 78 auto/manuals will be delayed...

Sorry guys!!!

here is a quick bad quality pic to show you what they look like:

Love that! Wasn't going to get a pink until I saw that one, ordering in the morning! Going on vacation to the coast Sunday, it would be nice to have new stuff to take along, but I know it's pushing it to hope for shipping that fast. It'll be nice to come home to, too.

I was a little surprised how many people insist on white with red LED so it can pass as a real cigarette. I much prefer that it looks nothing like a real one. But different needs for different situations. Plus some people are just set in their ways. Not like me or anything
