Just saw the Multicolor End Caps. Love them. Now if I could just find clear drip tips that fit on the OUTSIDE of cartos.....
Wouldn't that be purdy! Don't want the DTs for dripping but for hands free vaping with a shorty. With regular DTs can fall off batt when held in mouth or teeth.

But bet COULD drip with that combo with the way the end caps are made. Huummmmm... If anybody knows where I could get DTs that fit on the outside let me know please.

I use regular drip tips on mine and the batteries don't fall off of them. I got all mine at goodprophets.

Question: What exactly is the appeal of having a PCC. I have a host of warts on a USB charger that is plugged into the wall. I can charge 4 batteries (65) at a time in about 2 hours. That's at very minimum 8 hours of vape time for me, more if I'm busy and doing other things. I have two others ready just in case... I can break the whole device down to iphone size for travel in about two minutes. I guess if I was going hiking and camping, but still...
Would someone please help me understand the draw of these devices? I don't think that I need one, but maybe I do?:?:

Being new at this, maybe I was misguided, but I like the idea of having a carrying case, and I can take 2 batteries with me. If one dies, I can switch the carto to the one in the charger and the dead one can be charging while I use the other batt. It sounded like a good idea, and the case (the small one) is slick and neat-looking. I'm glad I got it, even if I can charge everything externally.

It's nice looking for sure and has most of the feature of my 'dream pcc'. But two things I'm not sure about: 1) it says it is 900mah, and 2) doesn't say if it fits 78mm batts - pictures seems to show 65mm in some and 78mm in others. I'm thinking we need more than 900mah and I definitely need it to fit 78mm batts. (specs were way at the bottom past all the pictures)
it does fit the 78 i emailed the company, the bummer is the 900 mah, but maybe the battery is replaceable

Thanks I too am interested in this pcc looks like the same size but holds extra carts and flip top. Looks like it would be perfect for me. The slide top is ok but no room for extra carts the mega is ok also but just a little too big. I would like to see smokeless image look in to this pcc thanks. Here is the link and it looks like it holds 3 extra carts. Wholesale Vogue PCC E, Vogue PCC E Suppliers,Vogue PCC E Manufacturer

I agree with StarSong, the low milliamp-hours (mah) on this one looks like it's for the old-style batteries. You know how on SmokelessImage's site when you look at batteries, it says "Standard Electronic Cigarette Batteries are 150mAh! Enjoy longer battery life!" Well, they are referring to the original old-style 808 batteries that lasted about 40 minutes before they had to be recharged, many if not most vendors are still selling these. They might look exactly like Volt batteries, but they sure aren't! Looks like there are a ton of pcc's and other types of chargers that were designed to charge those wimpy batteries. They're not going to work or work well for Volt batteries that hold 220mAh (65mm) or 320mAh (78mm).

It's sort of like a child's tea set, tiny teapot, tiny cups and saucers. The teapot fills all the cups before it runs out. Now imagine trying to use that teapot as an adult. Might not get one full cup of tea out of it, yeah? It's sure cute, but not very functional, lol.

Although - this week will be the first time I will be using the Mega PCC fulltime - I wanted the Mega PCC for use when I'll be traveling and away from home for a week or more . . . AND I would be interested in this one too - looks good and from the discription given the size seems it would be much easier to carry around with you for when you are going to out of the house all day long . . .

So I'm sitting there in the gate going through security checks to get on camp and vaping on the Volt and the mail truck driver asks me where I got it.
I hand him an SI card from my wallet and told him to order a starter kit from that website along with some extra cartomizers and he won't go wrong.

I'm on my last 555 carto now...hurry up with the 555 cartos and juice, man! [smacks arm] I need my fix!
I'm thinking 100ml of juice and about 10 5-packs of 555 cartos along with 2 USB passthroughs (one for shack, one for my desk at work) and I should be good to go for a while.
Who am I kidding, I've got a Darwin in the mail coming to me with a 510-to-808 adapter. Those cartos and juice will be gone pretty quickly.

Tried Tribeca from Halo....not the same to me as the 555 from SI no matter what anyone else says.
Too "sweet" I guess, not enough of a hit but then again it is at 6mg and not 12mg like I usually get my 555 in from SI. A little thicker and more yellow too, which I don't really like. And you have to let it "breathe" for 24-48 to a couple of weeks (?) to get maximum effect?
The 555 from SI is really my go-to ADV. Everything else I've tried - including the RY4 from SI - I can't do all day long. No "steeping" required, rip it out of the bag, slap it on a battery, and I'm good to go.
Got my shopping cart pre-filled with colored tips and 2 passthroughs...just waiting on 555 to get in stock so I can checkout.

Agreed about the Mah , but the design is way more practical.
my starter kit was a blu the e cig was terrible but he pcc was great.
If I'm gonna carry a pcc with me i want it pocket sized and able to carry at least two batts and two carts.
if it can't hold that theirs no reason to carry it with me,

right know i carry a camera case it holds two volts, 3-5 carts a usb charger- and inside the case i carry a Duracell portable battery pack, when a batt dies i plug it into the battery pack and t chargers just like it would on a wall charger.
the only problem is i can't charge the batts in my pocket.

this is why I'm still searching for that perfect pcc.

A lot of folks don't need or want a PCC. When I first got the Volt smartPCC it disappointed me because I couldn't tell if I could charge the next battery or not, the pcc's lights indicated it had plenty of charge left. On the 65mm batteries, it gave me 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 charges, but I never knew where the 1/2 was going to be until I started vaping the not fully charged battery and went vape, vape, dead.

But then I started leaving the PCC plugged into my USB charger, so it always stays charged. I really like that because I can vape one battery while the other is charging. On the old smartPCC, the batteries slipped in and out of the PCC very easily, they didn't have to be screwed in. The beauty of this is that when leaving the house, I'm always running late, all I have to do is grab the smartPCC with two batteries and a cartomizer in it, and a bottle of e-liquid and go. I'm never gone more than, say 10 hours, so all together it's plenty.

I haven't used the smartPCC for swap-vaping ever since I got the regulated Volt passthrough. When I'm at the computer now, I only use the Volt passthrough. Total awesomeness.

Then - wouldn't the question be - is there one of these PCC that might work with a 78 or higher battery and the Volt Battery? If there is - given the size, design, and ease to carry around like a pack of "analogs" in a pocket instead of a bag - I would probably get, especially if it was afforable and at a reasonable price.

That's the 2nd time you used that term I never heard... are they really called wall warts??

Well not technically....;)
It's a laymans term usually used for power cords that have the dc transformer built right into the plug. But I prefer it in this case to usb wall adapter

Those GREENIES *shakes fist*...how'd they get in ahead of the ORANGE gang? hmm?

hehehe....I was just thinking of the orange batt last night....I have the orange cap in a carto and thought it would look so cool on an orange batt:lol:

Lax....I feel must warn you...as easy as it is to leave your pcc in the truck with your volt batts in it....during the summer, the heat will bake those batts and they will die prematurely....excessive heat and these batts do not play well at all....and I am not sure about the batt int he pcc, but I do know it wrecks havoc on the pv's.....and well, come winter, the cold is not real good for them either, but I'm not sure of premature death from the cold as I am with the heat.

And I've seen that a lot of people on the ECF forums use that term - "Wall Warts" . . . :2cool:
Now, if you think about - and given how they look sticking out of the wall - it seems appropriate enough to me too . . . ;)
NOT that it really matters - Just a thought  and my :2c: . . .

Hi all
Just a quick note to smile a lot on Smokeless Images' official thread! Received my 1st batch of blank Volts t'other day. Search is over - fantastic things! Work a treat on my standard 808D-1 batts. Top vape at my usual 60/40 pg/vg mix so my next mix will be a little thinner at 70/30. A slightly longer post is in the Carto's section of the forum, but, as I say, just wanted to come here and say THANKS to you. THANKS!!

We were hoping to have the wall adapters that are missing from the kits today ...but they got stuck in route....we hope to have them in tomorrow or wednesday.
When will the standard starter kits be available again? I have a friend ready to purchase one.

I'm always up for seconding props to Volt cartos! On the weekends I play with my more high-maintenance PVs, which means filling up the 510 cartos I haven't tried or using some atty's and this weekend I was a little blown away by how dry and cold (or just... not warm?) the vape was out of the dual coils I was trying out. Needless to say I had my new chromey long manual Volt battery with Volt cartos on hand to comparison vape--I swear this thing really cooks! I'm loving it.

Good deal thefox. Now you should try them on a Volt battery -- not sure what your "standard" one is, but if it's an older model you'll find these work even better on the newer Volt design.

Note to Imagine: please make check payable to Starsong, that's S-T-A-R.....
