I can understand that as if it is having intermittent issues then they can run some test on it to see where the issue is so they can address it with future orders .But i am confident in saying that they will take care of you as from what time's i have spoken with them they will pretty much bend over backwards to accommodate you and help you out which is rare in our age and time.

i agree completely, everything can be resused or fixed but the problem is figuring out how it operates and making things work .I have a few batteries i took apart trying to figure them out and see what made them tick. And these little battery's are actually very simply design.

Also i think Si should sell 50ml bottles of the juice lol.I just ran out of 555 and desert joe and nothing is cutting it for me not even my beloved Ry4.I have grown very fond of the 555 and Joe flavor and i can feel a freak out coming on very soon until i get more lol

Oh, I wasn't meaning people really should throw it away. I'd simply make a video showing them how they can change it out anyway. Every battery is replaceable once someone figures out how to do it. :)

Some people could follow your video and do it, but I'm not mechanically inclined. My big feat would be replacing the battery with a new one made for it!

One thing I like about SI's stuff is, when I got my starter kit, I could figure out how everything worked. Not like the very high-tech but nightmare alarm clock. I still have to figure out how to set the alarms. I think I have everything else figured out except the iPod dock and how to work the iPod from it -- oh yes -- the remote control -- I have yet to try that. I keep putting it off because things like this are scary for me. But I refuse to be one of those old fogeys who can't use anything new, either. So I fight with myself to master it. Still, I don't want to have to put that much energy into a PCC when the small one seems to work well and be easy to figure out. I wouldn't do it. I'm basically content with my little PCC and hope it will serve me well till a new, improved version comes out.

There's an easy solution to that. Buy more smaller bottles of juice next time.

I think SI's items are so hot they have trouble keeping the supply up with the demand, so it looks like it's a good strategy to stock up on stuff you like and reorder well before you run out.

I didn't get any business cards though :( I even requested some in the comments. lol thinking I should just order a bunch from one of those cheap sites. Dh is in and out of customer homes during the day. And people always think it is neat.

I agree they are making alarm clocks way to complicated anymore. And i consider myself pretty tech savy especially with computers. But my easy fix for that was to download a alarm clock program for my computer which is very easy to use set it and turn my speakers up pretty high .Works great but my neighbors probably hate me as every morning at 730am it blares out Time warp from the Rocky horror picture show as my alarm . with surround sound and my sub woofer it gets pretty loud lol

as long as it does not show signs of being broken (dropped dented etc...) or tests show there is no water/e-liquid inside we will just send out a replacement automatically.... we don't test to see the problem we take your word on that :p

That is quick. They gave me a RMA# and told me to send mine in and when they get it and see that it's defective then they'll mail me another. I sent it Saturday. Since my problem is intermittent I don't even know if they'll find the defect.

we have met with some growth issues...but we are expanding our orders every time to do our best to cover our expected growth...are biggest issue is the factories lead times are not what they promised ...much slower ..but we are trying our best to compensate for that :p

When you think of troubles failing companies have in these tough economic times, your problem is a good one. You will figure out soon how to keep things in stock, I'm sure. You all seem very dedicated at SI to making your customers just as happy as you are able, and you must know from all the comments here that everyone is very happy with SI and patiently waiting for the next shipment. An eagerness to buy your products as soon as they arrive is a GOOD problem.

Lax....I feel must warn you...as easy as it is to leave your pcc in the truck with your volt batts in it....during the summer, the heat will bake those batts and they will die prematurely....excessive heat and these batts do not play well at all....and I am not sure about the batt int he pcc, but I do know it wrecks havoc on the pv's.....and well, come winter, the cold is not real good for them either, but I'm not sure of premature death from the cold as I am with the heat.

Very interesting, I've never heard any concerns about these batteries and the heat. I had my own thoughts about the pcc if left in the sun but figured the batteries themselves wouldn't be an issue... I'm a bit surprised to hear this but will definitely keep it in mind.

Heat isn't normally our big problem around these parts

Unfortunately I am all too familiar with the effect of cold on battery life

Thank you very much keelala!!! Wouldn't have had a clue

For more info on what temperatures aren't good for the PCC battery and under what circumstances, see Lithium-ion battery - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and look at the sections "Cell Life" and "Safety Requirements."

I just tried some more flavors. The Cowboy is pretty good if you want tobacco taste. The Cherry is about like I expected: like a cherry cough drop. It wasn't disgusting, but I wasn't impressed. For the last few days, I've been vaping RY4 and Chocolate side-by-side, and I'm beginning to like Chocolate best, I think. I think no one else has said that's their favorite, so I guess I'm just weird. I switched the RY4 carto for 555 to give that another try. It's a very mild taste, not much like anything, a little tobaccoy, but not as much as the Cowboy. Could that be because I just opened the Cowboy packet and the 555 has been opened for about a week? I'm forgetting what ones I tasted in the beginning are like now. Oh yes -- I tried Vanilla. Not too bad, not too good. I think as I try them, my favorites may change again, since I began to prefer Chocolate to RY4. I haven't zeroed in on one or a few yet that I could decide to order more cartos of just those flavors, though Chocolate might be a contender. We'll see.
