I checked the site and yes it did give me issues, on the up side it appears that they have resolved it although the comment doesn't show up so maybe that's where the problem was.aaaha....ok....I see what yer sayin. Yup, I think your right. They should fix there site
AVG is a good antivirus so dont think that's where the issue is.
Remember to ALWAYS keep your antivirus signatures up to date and if you do get a lot of popups I highly recommend malwarebytes.org (notice the .org at the end!)

I didn't read back to see if someone already said this, but good god, girl, don't apologize to us! Most of the suppliers on ECF do an amazing job in an uncertain industry with a shady country like China, and pull it all off on a daily basis, and SI is no exception.
I know from long years experience that a large part of good service is saying you're sorry even if it's not your fault, but we addicts of esmoking expect a lot of our suppliers, and we need it right now, so I see supplier associates spending a lot of time apologizing, and it's not all that fun.
Imagine, we think you're fun and good at what you do and we'll all be ok without grape and ry4 and green batteries for as long as it takes. Have an awesome night!

+1 for Malwarebytes Pro. It didn't used to be as "proactive" as it is now, but the latest version does a VERY good job at intercepting harmful site misdirection.

A church maybe.... I know ours hands out all kinds of things to the public. I know others we are connected with do to. I don't know what you have/if it would be enough for people to try. Ykwim But we get all kinds of stuff. Some food and HBA items we get before they hit the store shelves..... My reasoning is people get it for free, then buy it later when they see it in the store....and the companies get a tax right off. Whatever their reason it's a blessing to the community though.
A women's shelter might be good. The women's shelters around her only take mothers (don't know if it's like that every where) A smoker living in a shelter with kids... Not having the cost or withdraw from cigarettes would be huge. Yk
You folks are saying all the things that I'm thinking, but saying it better.
There are a couple of things on the website (where I seem to spend an awful lot of time - lol) that I personally think could be improved. For the most part, it is one of the better supplier websites because everything is easy to navigate and the photos are superb. Still, there are a few things:
#1 If a product is not in stock, it should say so. We shouldn't have to go through the process of trying to add it to the cart.
#2 When placing an order, it displays the addresses on file. That's great - But the default should be "Ship to this address", not "Ship to a different address".
#3 Frankly, I find "abandoned cart reminders" emailed to me to be a little bit annoying. Oftentimes, I'll add items to a supplier's cart to be purchased when I'm ready to make a full order. It's almost like a shopping list.

Well, I just got another order from SI in - took 7 days to get to me, not bad at all.
Loving the USB passthrough!
So right now I have 6 SI batteries (3 autos, 3 manual), 3 manual 808 batteries from another vendor, 2 USB passthroughs (one at work desk, one in desert shack), 5 packs o' blank cartos, 5 bottles of 555 @ 6mg, 3 packs of Vanilla, 5 packs of 555 @ 0mg (to be used in my Darwin)...yeah, I think after I do another bulk buy of 555 in 12mg (cartos & juice) I'll be set for quite a while.
My credit card saw me perusing the SI website this morning, slapped me and said "ENOUGH ALREADY!"
I've found the combination of SI 555 juice @ 6mg in a 510 carto on a Darwin to work just fine. Waiting on my 510-to-808 adapter to get in so I can just slap the SI cartos directly on the Darwin itself. One thing I've learned vaping SI juice at high temps - lower nicotine is better. I can turn 6mg into a 12mg hit on a Darwin and the SI cartos take it like champs.
I'm just using the Darwin as a big-@$$ battery for SI juice/cartos since it lasts for days for me. The SI batteries I use when I have to go to "sensitive" places that don't allow electronic gizmos like phones or MP3 players - they see me demonstrate the SI Volt and examine the mega PCC and let me through with them.
Plus I always keep a fully-loaded Volt in my pocket at all times "just in case".
One niggle: the covering on the cartos tends to split right at the seam, probably from the heat/moisture. Any plans on a carto with a rubberized coating in various colors to match the batteries or a solid metal coloring?
Also, thanks for the two tester tips! Next happy hour I'm taking them along to allow folks to try them out. There's this one blonde chick you see...
One of the guys running the bar took one of your cards the other day and last night he told me that he's already ordered his first kit!
