Here, there, everywhere!
And read everyone else's poems and "Like" the ones that are your faves.

Yeah I have been so hit and miss on reading them all. I try on my lunch here at work, but can't see videos, I get home and well you know...it's like going from one job to another (but the one at home is priceless:))

The danger is: you can get nicquid into the central core, which you want to avoid.
I keep hearing this, but why is it bad? (Except for the obvious, that you don't want a drippy carto on your battery)
Does it actually damage anything in there, or is it just a clogging issue that can be fixed by blowing it out?

yes one drop of liquid into an unsealed battery can kill the switch sensor... so the battery LED will light up but no more vapor :(

It can also make the battery erractic... firing only sometimes...

Or even weirder make it turn on and not turn off..constant firing (very bad)

Or just kill it dead completely.

no not just clogging it can fry the censor

So it's bad for the battery, but doesn't do anything bad to the carto, right?
I only ask because I occasionally get liquid down there. Sometimes, I even add a drop into the post hole to "prime" the heating element and keep that end from burning up. But I always make sure it isn't drippy.

Yeah - It can just get flooded (easily remedied). I was under the mistaken impression that you shouldn't even get nicquid into the inner core of a carto on a manual battery. That it would interfere with air flow and cause gurgling and possibly flooding. But I just filled the entire core of my tester carto with a pipette of nicquid, and it didn't interfere with airflow.

I've always just dripped into a drip tip on my carto. No problems at all. (I should mention it's on a box mod, not an auto battery. I wouldn't try it on a battery)
It will occasionally leak out the bottom if I overfill, but I've never had it hurt a carto. I drip about 3-5 drops (depending on the bottle) every 30 minutes or so of vaping.

I experienced the constant firing with a couple of my Blu and Volcano slims. Now, I know what happened. Those things always leaked, especially the Blu. I have yet to experience this with the Volt. Excellent product! :)

no ...you can overfill a carto and it may not fire... but you can just blow the excess out :)
Whew, finally answered. When talking about filling, people always mention this like it's the worst thing you can possibly do (like it would damage the carto or something), but they never explain why! Duh, you know you don't want it drippy: it doesn't work as well, it can damage your battery, and it's gross and sticky.
Thanks! :)
