One that only needs to be charged once a week would be nice and revolutionary. I love having something to look forward to :pop:

That's called a "Darwin" and you WILL wind up selling your first-born to be able to afford it. In other words, it's really expensive. And heavy. And bigger than the pen-size batts SI sells.
I put batteries and mods through a little "Can I kill a man with it" test. If I can, then it might be too big and weighty to go dragging around out in public.
It's far better than my old stand-by test of "can I easily turn it into a grenade" test (ala MonkeyBoxxVV).

The SI batts are really, really good and don't panic the general public or law enforcement. Most hand-made mods look like detonators.

The batt I'm waiting to see is one made from a Coke can with the cart looking like a straw! Could vape anywhere without  people and could have a HUGE batt! :vapor:

:lol:I remember some of those....I had tears in my eyes over the "farts" one.....hilarious!!!

I reported the post on another thread where he attacked you , complete with name calling, since you were too nice to do it. The Mods aparantly didn't think much of it either. It ain't there anymore. Can't wait to see his response to my post on his latest thread.:D

Oh yes....he's a real peach. I saved it and my original response (copy and paste is a wonderful feature) for posterity

Good morning/afternoon, Everybody!

This is what I get for getting sick. Missed a lot of good discussions yesterday afternoon and this morning. All caught up with my reading though. Lots of good things going on with SI lately! :) Really looking forward to seeing the new battery and the PCC when it becomes available.

I'll be lurking for a while . . . unless another good discussion comes up. Then I'll push my brain to form a cohesive thought. Sucks being sick, but at least I can still taste my grape and my mint. :D

OH DEB!!!! I hope you feel better soon!!! Sending some healing (((((hugz))))) your way

Woo HOO!!! My Volt just arrived. I can't even explain how happy I am right now, lol! No more tobacco store cheapies and also no worries about having to smoke an analog either. I am Volting for Joy!!!

I LOVE these posts....I get so excited seeing everyone getting excited over their new found euphoria;) I really do....I get all giggly and remember how I felt, and it all comes right back

Lax....DarkStar.....BRAVO....great posts!!! Nailed it on the head! Actually all ye volties (or insert preferred pet name) have done SUPER!!!

yepz ... can't post there... :( I don't know how to comment really... I mean we have no reason to make up mAh... I would like to know what exact factory or contact he was talking to...just cause they have a pic of our battery really doesn't count for much in china... there are so many trading companies that pretend to be factories it's pretty insane really. (all they have to do is pick up one of our batts for a picture and then claim whatever they like)...so many new vendors get taken advantage of with china... with all models...The owners of SI have been in the industry since late 2008 so they really know their stuff and the factory contacts etc...

I have pm'd him before to discuss stuff and he got upset when I would not name our factory and said he would never buy from us...not sure he wants to have any more dialogue with me.

But as everyone knows we are a very upfront vendor ;)

Well, I didn't realize my thread got so popular in your forum, however I would like to clear something up. I never once told you I would not buy from you, and I never once got upset with you.

Apparently I'm not allowed to post contents of a PM. So it's been removed. Either way... I still stand by what I said.

That's really how I feel about it... I am personally not the tech one in the SI operation...and my head spins a bit when I have to get questions to answers for some of you guys... I am not too concerned with his postings as as you said at the end of the day it is about performance... if they last longer they last longer... but I understand why it can mean more to the vapers who are way more tech savy.

I read it and never doubted SI. However, it is bad publicity. But others answered him and said the difference is minimal, anyway, so he's splitting hairs. I have no idea about mah anyway, so it doesn't matter to me. Someone like SteelJan can figure out if the batteries are really to specs, I guess. The performance is what counts, not a bunch of numbers I don't understand.

And by the way, Imagine... If you wish to discuss who I spoke with to get this information, I'd be happy to discuss it with you. I clearly stated I would not be putting the name out there out of respect for the vendors who order from this manufacturer.

I also was not aware that you were not able to post there. I still don't see why you aren't allowed to, but either way, I wasn't aware. I've been vaping for almost three years now, but I haven't really been active on these forums until recently.

I did not make the post to try and ruin your reputation... but as I said, I find it interesting that a manufacturer is claiming battery capacity of one size, and not JUST you, but several other vendors are claiming another size.

Again, if you want to discuss things and clear something up, feel free to PM me. If the information I have received from this manufacturer is inaccurate, I'll be happy to edit my post or say otherwise.

Are you trying to start your own "Better Ecigarette Bureau"? Go away back to the thread you already created on this subject.

I think you are missing the most important point of the Smokeless Image Volt, it's a fantastic ecig at great pricing and excellent customer service. There's no need to dig around looking for what mAh it is what or if this cartomizer works with that battery or none of that. Smokeless Image is a one-stop shop, it's all right there, nothing to figure out.

No experienced vaper that's vaped everything, big box mods, thousands of mAh, various and varying voltages, all sorts of atomizers, cartomizers, tanks, etc, could ever believe that this tiny Volt ecig works as incredibly great as it does, with no hassle, no fuss, no muss.

You are picking at quoted mAh (milliamphours) from all sorts of various vendors. To what end? To compare, to try to make this elegant simple system something that vapers ought to worry about? No!! There's simply no need to. The Volt is one ecig where there's no tech knowledge needed to know it's a great vape, for both beginners and seasoned vapers.

I know you got into this whole obsession when you got into it with the fellow posting on my youtube video. Please, let it go. Or keep your fight strictly between you and him.

P.S. Remember the old saying about catching more flies with honey than with vinegar? You might want to take note that we all dearly love Imagine over here and might be a bit over-protective about her. I think you'll find the honey in the pantry. :)

Well I never meant to not reply to your PM I am sorry about that, I think I just clicked on the smoov link you sent and had an ADD moment. Our juice is all produced in china.

when I said yesterday that you most likely did not want to have any more dialogue with me I was referring to this post I read... not from a PM you sent: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vapor4life/224769-regulated-batteries.html#post4162327
I am not sure if you got upset from me not replying or something in the discussion ..either way that was not my intent, and I apologize :)

I think the issue at hand is
#1 you are assuming the data stated is wrong.
#2 you then assume we know other information to be true and are purposely trying to "lie" to deceive the public.

Well I think it is #2 that has some people upset. The reason being not that we could never lie... or the information could never be wrong... but simply we have no reason to on this issue. The VOLT batteries are flying off the shelves ...and we could say they have 50mAh or 75mAh or 280mAh .... but they would still perform the way they perform, and people would still review them as they did and recommend them.

Either way, wrong or right we try to be as upfront as possible with our customers. I am sorry this has escalated to such an "event"

We have not tried to lie or deceive the public, our only intention has been to try and bring the best possible quality product to the customer with the best prices/warranties and customer service.

the forum does not want us posting in other areas as it can be considered advertising.

I was just wondering if some of you could help me out a little, I have been smoke free just over 2 weeks now, and I am finding the taste of everything changing drastically. Even all my carto flavors are tasting completely different now! Will this settle down a bit soon or should I just keep a good stock of all the flavors to adjust to what my stupid taste buds decide from day to day lol?

There are lots of reviews about the Volt covering the batteries, cartos, and juice - both written and in that newfangled YouTube format the kids rage on about these days.

If SI was engaged in any type of misleading or devious business practices then it would have been noted in at least ONE of those reviews.

But I guess some things are just really hard for certain types of people to understand.
