I say decide from day to day... at least for the next few months.... :p

Good to keep a pallet cleaner on hand as well like cinnamon or menthol/mint

I was just wondering if some of you could help me out a little, I have been smoke free just over 2 weeks now, and I am finding the taste of everything changing drastically. Even all my carto flavors are tasting completely different now! Will this settle down a bit soon or should I just keep a good stock of all the flavors to adjust to what my stupid taste buds decide from day to day lol?

And by the way, Imagine... If you wish to discuss who I spoke with to get this information, I'd be happy to discuss it with you. I clearly stated I would not be putting the name out there out of respect for the vendors who order from this manufacturer.

I also was not aware that you were not able to post there. I still don't see why you aren't allowed to, but either way, I wasn't aware. I've been vaping for almost three years now, but I haven't really been active on these forums until recently.

I did not make the post to try and ruin your reputation... but as I said, I find it interesting that a manufacturer is claiming battery capacity of one size, and not JUST you, but several other vendors are claiming another size.

Again, if you want to discuss things and clear something up, feel free to PM me. If the information I have received from this manufacturer is inaccurate, I'll be happy to edit my post or say otherwise.

Oh, well now that you've been called out and destroyed any credibility you could possibly have, you have decided to now back track and make one last attempt to do what you should have just done in the very beggining?

Brilliant...

Yes and Yes. When I stopped smoking, everything changed, I started smelling smells I hadn't known existed and everything started tasting different. When I began vaping, I tried every flavor of eliquid I could afford. Just as soon as I found one I liked and thought I was settled in, I would want something different.

With the Volt, I first liked original Grape, now not so much. I'm now settled into some days of Watermelon and some days of Desert Joe. At least I'm finally down to two..... this week. LOL!

Well I never meant to not reply to your PM I am sorry about that, I think I just clicked on the smoov link you sent and had an ADD moment. Our juice is all produced in china.

when I said yesterday that you most likely did not want to have any more dialogue with me I was referring to this post I read... not from a PM you sent: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vapor4life/224769-regulated-batteries.html#post4162327
I am not sure if you got upset from me not replying or something in the discussion ..either way that was not my intent, and I apologize :)

I think the issue at hand is
#1 you are assuming the data stated is wrong.
#2 you then assume we know other information to be true and are purposely trying to "lie" to deceive the public.

Well I think it is #2 that has some people upset. The reason being not that we could never lie... or the information could never be wrong... but simply we have no reason to on this issue. The VOLT batteries are flying off the shelves ...and we could say they have 50mAh or 75mAh or 280mAh .... but they would still perform the way they perform, and people would still review them as they did and recommend them.

Either way, wrong or right we try to be as upfront as possible with our customers. I am sorry this has escalated to such an "event"

We have not tried to lie or deceive the public, our only intention has been to try and bring the best possible quality product to the customer with the best prices/warranties and customer service.

So then my question is... can you provide clarification on why a manufacturer would be stating they make bats for you, but then saying, we don't know why Bloog and Volt make them to be more than they really are? That's really what set me off was the comment that she made.

Just doesn't make sense to me.

Let me break it down like this.

Vicky thinks I'm going to buy batteries from her. She tells me, we make for such and such companies, one of which happens to be SI.

When I ask if they carry the batteries that are 220, 320, and 420 mah, she says no, ours are 180, 280, and 380, and then claims she doesn't know why Bloog and SI are claiming they are bigger.

Assuming that everyone in the forums are correct, and this manufacturer is not really who makes your batteries... why wouldn't she just lie and say, yes we do have 220, 320, and 420 mah batteries?

@ Arkennon - but agreeing with SteelJan

Yep - Right around two weeks after I quit the analogs, my sense of taste began to return. It was such a shock because nothing tasted the same. It will ebb and flow and change even more. A palate cleanser flavor is great to get you through the times when nothing tastes right. Flavor burnout can happen as well if you have a tendency to vape only one flavor. It will reach a point where you can barely taste it at all, or it will just taste "off". I swap flavors constantly to avoid that.

I'm on week 4, (three completely analog free), and nothing tastes right. Nothing smells right, either - I guess that makes sense when you think about how those senses are linked. I'm just grateful I'm not "tasting" the things I'm "smelling", 'cause WOW. (They're changing out the air handlers in my building and the other day I'd have sworn someone hit a skunk in the hallway... )

Anyway, I know this is normal from the times I've tried to quit analogs before. Almost numb, I guess you could call it, or some kind of sensory overload. Other than the batch of juice I threw away in disgust  one night, I'm keeping everything. I find that if I keep two rigs going with very different juices and switch back and forth when one doesn't taste like anything anymore, that seems to really help.

I think it will pass, and we might just be surprised at the juices we end up liking when it does.

That's called a "Darwin" and you WILL wind up selling your first-born to be able to afford it. In other words, it's really expensive. And heavy. And bigger than the pen-size batts SI sells.
I put batteries and mods through a little "Can I kill a man with it" test. If I can, then it might be too big and weighty to go dragging around out in public.
It's far better than my old stand-by test of "can I easily turn it into a grenade" test (ala MonkeyBoxxVV).

The SI batts are really, really good and don't panic the general public or law enforcement. Most hand-made mods look like detonators.

ROFLMAO! I had something like that. It's called a Silver Bullet. The machining on that thing was Amazing, as was the battery life. But - It was about as big around as a horse's leg and you could wipe out a Green Bay Packer with it. I was building up muscle in my right arm only (just kidding). It was just toooo heavy ...

That was a mistake I made, not switching flavors often. I went through almost a month of not liking anything, it was terrible. When I started swapping flavors, everything was so much better. I have 7 pvs in rotation today.

And here I am settling for two... LOL I do top off with different flavors, though, and am having a ball with that.
