This is just more Fluff, but it's a slow day anyhow:

This little one was outside of my dining room window in the yard-not this morning. (I call it a "yard-not" because I refuse to grow grass in the middle of a forest.) There were two younguns, but the other was always too obscured. What a wonderful way to make my day!

Ah, HAH! I just knew there was no freeway for you to go play on. And with a razor blade, yet.:glare:
But seriously, I've got to have one of the new auto batts, and I've got to have a bright yellow batt, and I've already got 7 batts (3 of which are Volts), soooo....I guess I'll wait till the new ones come out in something besides white and black. With any luck? one of my current ones will die, and I'll be able to feel justified.
See? Working on that justification already.

If I ever find myself homeless, can I come live with you? I can just pitch a tent and live with the critters. I'll mow the yard, too. :D
I've lived in a tent here for weeks at a time on vacations before my husband and I starting building the house in 2004. It's pretty nice down by the creek. We even mortared up the fireplace and installed a "Perma-Potty" which consists of a 50 gallon oil drum sunken into the ground with a potty seat attached to the top. You can even see it from Google satellite!! 123776276.gif

There's a creek?!!! :thumb: So, canvas or a tree or something over the potty...I don't mind the critters watching but, Google?!

Oh hey - you could RAKE the leaves, Cisme!!

Oh, um, yeah, I could....but....I'm not very good at it and all. Being in the sandy desert, you know....not much practice....or trees here.... How about windows so we can see nature at it's finest?:lol::lol:

Here, there, everywhere!
Thanks everyone for the prayers & thoughts.

She is much better today. A little sore but all in all back to her normal self. She def has a high threshold for pain. She makes her daddy proud in so many ways.

$ weeks in a sling & splint with the pins. The she gets a hard cast which should last till 2nd week of December. Shes bummed because that means no soccer, Plus she made the Basketball team at school. Just found out Friday & arm happened on Sat. Im relled POED that I just found out hte team she was playing when her wrist got broke were the Varsity 8th graders, which the coach was supposed to be using his 6 & 7th graders during this game since my daughters team is all 6th graders.

Thees nothing I can do about it now but in the last 2 weeks 4 kids have had broken bones. I always saw never let them see you cry to my girls & I must say she never did. Thats all she kept telling me. Daddy I didnt cry & then she started crying in my arms which made me tear up, but I had to hold it in because I didn't want her to be more scared.

On another note your new bannner looks fantastic

That sounds long and drawn out and it is so hard on them....I think the Not getting to play is worse than the pain.....and yes crying is allowed:)

I agree it does sound long. It was about as bad of a break as it could be. It's gonna drive her crazy, she is by far the most active kid I have ever been around. Everything she does is a 110+%.
