Now - think back - I never threatened anyone with anything other than a cane thrashing. My son is the one armed to the teeth because we live out in the sticks, and he wants to protect his mama. I haven't done any shooting since I was sixteen.

Well, I've been up to mischief for the last couple of hours. Everyone really liked the pic of SandySu with the faint smile, but was a bit sad that Penny's eye wasn't in the photo too. So ... I combined the two photos. Of course, I ran it by SandySu first and she liked it!! I'm so tickled. Hope y'all like it too.

Outstanding!!! But I could only 'like' it ONCE, darn it!

I want to share this with y'all because I owe my progress to the Volt and to you wonderful people on the SI thread.

Five and half months ago I went back to vaping full time, so to speak as I still smoked 3 cigs a day. I was a 2 pack a day junkie. Then two and a half months ago I began using the Volt and following this thread and immediately got down to one or two a day. For about two weeks I have only been smoking one cig every other day. And not because of any special effort, it's just happening!

I smoked for so many years it's been hard for me to give up the 'ritual' involved with smoking. But with the Volt and this thread I find myself actually forgetting about making a cigarette and lighting it. Now I know I'm really on the way to being free of them.

Thank you for the congrats, Rave. And thanks for expressing so well what I was trying to say. I've come to look upon this thread as my santuary. The warmth, the laughter and the very good information and help for one another is also a phenomenon! Love that word!
