I remember that movie! I remember the preview, too, with all of those spiders rushing out of the sink drain. Shuddering, just thinking about it, lol. As scary as it was, there was quite a bit of humor . . . thanks to John Goodman's character, I think.

I sure do! But unfortunately, I can't remember the title, either. I watched it during a slumber party when I was a kid. Everybody was asleep, and it was very late. I think that's what made this movie extra creepy for me.

Invaders from Mars was released in 1953. That might be the one you are thinking of.

Camping trip was nice....not too cold at night...campfire was AWESOME! Kids played and played got dirty dirty and I love it! Good for them!

That is sooooo sweet! I'm trying to catch up... trying hard. Reading since about 7 this morning.
I miss you guys so much... I'm still vaping away, few days and it will be 6 months.

Work has been insanely busy. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE what I do. I wake every morning and can't wait to get to work and do my thing, impact student lives, because they make a difference in every life they touch. It is my joy in life. I realized though, as much as I give to them, I have no time for me, so.. I have to make time for the things that I do for me.... which is posting silly videos, music and songs on here. LOL

Two things should have clued you in.... It's Sunday so I'm on the ambulance with time to read. Second, a sale just ended... Missed again... LOL

YAY! Meddog is back!

Sure didn't get much done today, but I did get that derned stool reupholstered. It was just such a gorgeous day that I sat on the back deck and contemplated. I also took a few pics because the late afternoon light was so dramatic although that doesn't really show up in the pictures. Doesn't seem too off topic to share right now.

Here is one with Photobucket - I don't like it because it doesn't "blend" the photos AND you have to have just so many photos. Autocollage you can tell it how many photos you have.

You're right about the odd things that scare us - I'm terrified of the book 'Goodnight Moon' because of the weird page in the middle that says 'goodnight nobody'. My son is almost 12 and I've still never read that one to him.

maybe that's what people mean about seasons. Things here will be green until Christmas and beyond... Pine trees don't change colors.
