Hi, im new here, and new to vaping, actually havent even started yet, but am glad i found this thread and your store. Getting into vaping is pretty confusing.

Any idea when you will have the volt charging cases back in stock? I'm planning on ordering the pro starter kit, was hoping to get it during the halloween sale. I was also wondering what the difference is between volt and mega cases. Unless im imaging it, you guys did have a drop down to switch between them, which i think is gone now.

To the Volt users, you guys recommend any juices? I'm going to get a couple of the sample packs, smooth and strong. But im a pretty heavy smoker, and want to get some extra liquid to at least hold me over until i make a second order. Being new, i want a tobacco flavor, hoping that will be good for the transition into vaping. Which tobbaco flavors do you guys like?

Get the Smooth Sampler, too. Then you will have all the flavors to try and can decide on a favorite of your own. Everyone likes different ones. My favorites keep changing. I really like chocolate, though, and desert joe is a good tobacco flavor, though RY4 and 555 are probably more popular. I think they are a little too sweet. Everyone also loves classic grape, and I like that one better than the new grape, too. But, really, you have to decide on what you like best.

I only use my passthrough off of a modded USB port that runs off a molex connector inside my machine that is running off of a 1200 watt single rail PSU capable of pushing much more amperage than needed. If I pop that then there is a short somewhere or I have a KILLER MOD that would take your head to the clouds. Small smoke machines use about 400 watts. The powered "professional" hub I linked should power one nicely. The novelty ones are charger only, but I had assumed since the user was asking about room for chargers that they did not need it for a passthrough. Sorry if I confused anyone there.

Thanks SandySu, i actually ended up ordering all 3 sampler packs, so ill get a chance to taste them all.

I even have my brother wanting to try vaping, he smokes probably about a pack of those little cigar things a month, he thinks he might like some of the fruity flavors.

Got my new camera batteries yesterday so I'll be posting another photo soon for Imagine since she couldn't read the Volt logo. Gotta wait for better weather though. The last of the tropical storm has made for one more gloomy day today around here and we've broken records on the mosquito population this year. They look like flies around a garbage can they're so thick. At least it ain't gonna snow lol.

Well, we had snow the day before yesterday -- just a little -- but today and tonight, we're due to get more. I'm really not looking forward to winter.

Hi, Albert! First, welcome to our corner of the ECF forum! The only tobacco flavor I like is the RY4. It has a nice caramel and tobacco blend.

What I have noticed is the fact that everytime I get on here now I have a Malicious Malware threat. Started yesterday.

BUT I do like that in the vB4 main view you can change the size of text, add links, add emoticons, etc. without going advanced!!!!

Hey - anyone besides "Me" notice that with all the changes that at the top of the page there is now a "Facebook Connect" link - too ! ! !

Also - there is a "Facebook 'Like" up there now too . . .

Could be the reason for most of these “changes” that have been happening over night.

Personally - I DO NOT "like" this ! ! !

Matter of Fact, my account recently was compromised on "Facebook" by liking someone's buisness . . . . Since then, I have really felt uncomfortable with "Facebook" and their applications continued invasive behavior - and although I do not keep that much on there nor "Friend" everyone I know - I have been "unfriending" everyone and deleteing all my pictures and "Stuff" . . . SO I can close the "Facebook" account "TOTALLY" . . . especially to maintain and protect my and my friends privacy . . .

Are you ordering off the SI site or the Canadian supplier? (can't remember who that is) I don't know how long it takes from when you place an order until it arrives, but if it is fairly quick you might not need to worry about running out before your next order arrives.

Yes, it is absolutely OK to partially use a carto, set it aside, then come back to it later. Just put the carto caps back on to help keep them fresh, but even that isn't necessary.

The passthru runs off the usb cable, that's what powers it. Good if you are going to sit in one place for hours and not worry about having a charged battery (like at your desk or in the car). Bad if you don't like being tethered to one spot.

Thanks imagine, maybe ill just go for one of the lesser kits, and get a car charger, just wait for the new PCC.

Thanks Lax and starsong too. I'm kind of scared of running out and having to go back to analogs while waiting for juice, but i guess that's better than ordering a bottle of something i might not like. I kind of think i could smoke the 10 carts before i could get more shipped lol. Maybe ill try the fruity sample pack too

SI site already kind of answers this, but is it ok to switch carts to sample them all at once, take some puffs out of each them? Would i be able to go back to them after doing that? SI site says they are good for 15 days after opening, so im assuming this would be possible, but being new, i just want to make sure.

edit:3 I figured it out, they just allow you to smoke while charging.. i think.

Anyway, i ordered my stuff! I got a entry level starter kit and all 3 sample packs. Can't wait till they get here.

I don't like the Facebook icon at the top, either. It doesn't "fit" with the banner and navigation bar. As far as Facebook is concerned, I use it to make occasional posts for my family and friends to read. I refuse to use the gazillion apps on that site because of all of the security problems.

Sampler packs are a good way to go. I"m going to get a sweet one, next time I order. I smoked little cigars for years, and the RY4 has become my go-to. Light tobacco flavor with a sweet undertone, close to the flavor I was smoking, which I always enjoyed.

I have up n downs with RY4, can't taste it most of the time, kinda like it doesn't want me too and then I'll get a couple good taste hits and nothing. Everyone is different. Best way is sample packs like everyone is saying.
Now I know the last photo was a bit deceiving cos you couldn'nt see any legs. But he has 4 and a long tail and orange markings like a tiger. it I wasn't on the tablet I'd post some. Maybe another time.

Been watching a lot of area51 doco's and can't get enough but I will go and get some sleep. To all the newbies, I really believe your going to enjoy your volt, even after 1.5yrs of vaping and about 2months with the volt , I'm really impressed with it's vapor performance and carto delivery. & I hated carto's with a passion. SI & volt & the ppl here has made me lurrvveeeee them.

I had that warning last night - had a heck of a time getting it to stop, too. I had so many windows opened, though, I wasn't sure which one has the problem, as the file indicted was my temp file.
