Hi all !! Man o' man rave that guy is creepy ....

OK so I am here to ask questions ....I won a basic starter kit on the "halloween" contest & I'm going to ask Imagine if they can just send it straight to my little auntie in Kauai ...she says she is ready to give it a try , .... Ok so she is a very light smoker (hawaii's smokin laws are very expensive) so she really only smokes in am & after she gets home in evening ...& she thinks MINT might be a good thing . she likes peppermint & spearmint gum wise ...

I think she needs fairly light flavors ...

so my questions are ....is the volt mint really strong ? Whats in the samplers ? ie: sweet ,strong ,smooth ? any suggestions ....

I have TONS of juice so I guess I could just do "blanks" cuz I will send her the other 808's I have and some other carto's ....
but I'm thinkin' that sending juice filled ones might be easier for her to get used to ,b4 having to refill ????

she is so far away all my help will be over the phone ....IDK what do you guys think ????

I can't help with the mint recommendations since I don't vape it, but I definitely think sending at least some prefilled cartos would be a great idea - being new, she could screw one on and vape right straight out of the box - batts come charged, or at least all of mine have. Maybe you can ask CS to send a sampler pack to your relative instead of all one flavor cartos?

Now excuse me while i vape

I knew I should have gone to the college in Missouri I was enrolled in - who knows, maybe I would have stayed and now I'd be getting my SI shipments in 2 days instead of 4!

Been a rollercoaster day for me. Started out as I pulled out of my garage this morning, no breaks! Or at least verrrry little break, as if the power braking was off and I had to stop it with all my might. But after a few mins of back & forth and stomping on them they kicked in. So a Pep Boys repair is right across the street, and I decide to take it there instead of risking the longer drive to the dealership. After a 45 min break inspection that took 2.5 hours, they said it was the (insert term I don't remember or understand) and the part would be $780 + $350 labor. 8-o:( He was going to hunt around to see if he could get the part cheaper, but still. :( And I'd be without my car for 2 days while they wait for the part :(
So I was pretty depressed all day.
I come home and find a message - dorks called home instead of my cell phone. Said they figured out it was really a vacuum hose and the part would be $30. Woohoooo!

But, just to make sure today was still a bad day, the HR rep told me it would be nicotine that is being tested for, and they have some mysterious way of telling a patch from an e-cig. (me thinks that is B.S. but not willing to lose my job to find out). So I have to wean myself down to 0 nic in the next 2 months. It's either that or pay $70/mo. for the privilege of being a non-smoking smoker. Idiots.

Damn. Just damn. And yes, HR is lying to you. The whiz quiz used tests for cotinine (a metabolite of nicotine that has a long half-life), and cotinine is cotinine is cotinine.

I am so sorry for you, and for everyone else caught up in this hypocritical idiocracy of ours. :(

Yay on the brakes, boo to corporate. I think I'd be Googling how to tell the difference in a blood test - that doesn't sound right to me.

I'm so glad to hear that you don't have to pay that horrendous expense . . . and, that you were in your garage instead of the freeway when your breaks went kaput!

As far as your HR is concerned, I agree. They're a bunch of deliberately misinformed idiots. Good luck with the weaning process.

Wow! Hordes of children just arrived on my doorstep to collect their candy! Glad I bought extra bags.

Hoards? You got hoards? I got one lone 14 year old in black shorts, black knee socks, a zipped up hoodie with a Batman emblem on the front and Batman ears on the hood. He did have the most righteous day glo orange sneakers, though. I gave him extra candy for those.

It's after 10 here and the porch light is off. I am the proud owner of several pounds of Hershey's bars. Can I vape them, do ya think? :D

That would make a delectable vape! :D Maybe you can find some good dessert recipes to use them with.

cup it like you would a cig in high wind. I find it helps alot. I have also found that drags taken at the corner light versus when walking, where you will inhale too fast, seemed to help quite a bit.
Hey Guys -

Question for ya'll. Been enjoying my Volt for almost a month, and except for a few close calls haven't gone back to analogs. My question is about vaping outdoors. I walk around NYC a lot, and find that I just don't get that old cigarette feeling when I'm outdoors. Indoors, AOK. I don't know quite how to put my finger on it, but perhaps the windy streets somehow counteract the Volt mechanism or something. Any thoughts on maximizing "outdoor vaping" or am I just nuts?
